A good workout but a bit pricey. It wasn't hard to put together but disappointed that Best Buy only delivers fitness equipment through the door so carrying the wheel up to the second floor was challenging. Large display and fans! Without paying for iFit, the preloaded workouts are very limited but there is a media stand.

Not Very Comfortable to use quite intense on the legs compared to other Elliptical machines I've used , also extremely noisy a lot of creaking when on slow work out , not the best Quality I expected it to be better , very disappointed with the performance and also you can't use it correctly unless you pay for the online workouts programme very annoying

Love it, it gets the job done, and isn’t boring. You stand on it and perform a walking motion, and it will give you an easy workout, up to a very difficult workout. It has about 24 resistance settings, and can be used with ifit, or manually. We had reset the console once, but haven't since.

I previously purchased H7 and after few issues needed a tech visit. According to tech out of the box issue with bearings and needed replacement. After months of waiting for a repair on H7 (similar in design to H10) it was exchanged. The H10 was already damaged on the first piece I removed from the packaging and am returning

Good machine easy to set up and easy to use. Only complaint is that it makes a lot of noise. Sounds like a seal. Not sure how to fix that.

Cool piece of hardware except, after spending all of that time assembling, it will not detect move of the pedals. I checked wiring, one wire was loose, but nothing fixed it. Huge waste of time and I don't want to deal with warranty on a brand new machine. I would avoid this new unproven model.

Gets in a good workout fast. Menu is a little awkward, but it gets the job done.

This is a space saver! For those looking for a machine, but do not have a ton of space this one is for you. Efficient, motivating and practical. I recommend this one!

This machine is excellent! I’m so happy I purchased

The machine was wonderful until it was not. The display stopped working and rendered the machine useless as there is no resistance. Still under warranty, however reaching customer service by phone, email, online is impossible. You get an automated response and that is all. No one EVER answers the phone. This unit is ridiculously pricey and it is now a fancy coat rack for our family because it hasn't worked in months. Not since November 2022. Run, don't walk in the other direction. Rest assured, you will get a better workout that way.

Brand new machine out of the box and it would not record my workouts nor would it sink the pedals with RPMs calories burned speed etc. I tried calling ProForm day after day after day and I was been left on hold for hours on end. I emailed them left messages and never was responded to.
