The equipment seems to be of good quality. However, my box was missing parts and some were defective. I’m still waiting for the parts from the manufacturer over a month later.

Product manufactured improperly and is dangerous to use and customer service will not respond. Also, my reviews never get posted.

Well when they named it the strength power tower they were pretty literal. This thing is robust! From the bolts for assembly, to the main pieces. Putting it together is possible for one person but I strongly suggest two people as the pieces are fairly heavy and it will be so much easier with two people. Mine does wobble slightly but this could be fixed with a sandbag or two. And they do have pre drilled holes if you want to secure it into the floor. This is the ground's fault and not the equipment. However, even though mine isn’t on perfectly level ground I haven’t had any issues with it moving while I am doing my exercises. It is heavy enough that it stays down. I have used this for several workouts over the past couple weeks and it has been great. I have used it for several variations of pull-ups, such as, chin-ups, wide grip, close grip. It is super sturdy and I have never felt like it was going to come apart or tip over. Other exercises I have used this for have been ab exercises: Leg lifts, knees to chest, and more. I have done dips as well. I even used the foot rests to do some wide incline push-ups and decline push-ups. Overall a very sturdy piece of equipment! Simple to build and use. I have no complaints. I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.

We bought this for our teenage son who is trying to rebuild his upper body strength and core after a baseball injury. This power tower gives him the ability to do different workouts and never moves. I've seen some that sway with the movement, ProForm stands sturdy. I also like that it does have the option to bolt it to the floor if you have the ability to do so. Building was a bit tricky, but easy enough to figure out if you follow the directions. I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest pinion.

Quite the step up from the standard "in door" pull up bar. We have had our door pull up bar for years. My kids leave it in the door making our cold storage room warm. :( I was worried about how sturdy this would be, especially since I was putting it on carpet, but it is SOLID! A really great value for the price! Does not take up as much space as I was thinking and that is a plus! I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion

This tower needs to be placed on a flat surface for best performance and least amount of wobbling or rocking. I had added using this tower for several different exercises in my home circuit. The wide base and height enen allow for me to use assistance resistance bands for certain dips and pull up exercises. I wanted this type of free standing gym equipment instead of a wall mounted pull up bar in my home gym during the pandemic. The round bars or tower sections had no signs of dents, bends, or scratches. The hardware components come sealed in thick plastic on a flat piece of cardstock. Each type of fastener is organized and grouped together with both part number and thread/size that makes assembly quick without having to spend time sorting pieces. Each of the non-round tower components are solid steel that are 2 x 4 inches with thickness that prevents bending. This tower can built by one person but having another person to help with holding joining pieces or building sections concurrently is recommended. The stylish blue and black foam padding sections have a carbon fiber pattern with a firm 2 inches. I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.

I bought this for my grandson for his 13th birthday for baseball training and he loves it. It is very sturdy and will be used for years. My son said it was easy to assemble and would recommend it.

Heavy, well made. It was a little hard to assemble. Hint - if the top bar doesn’t fit easily, the left and right sides are reversed. My son uses it a lot. Works well.
