It's been close to a year and this treadmill is still working. My wife and I have done a few hundred workouts on it and it's up to the task. If I had to do it over I'd get a machine that also has decline function as well as maybe a little larger monitor attached. Minor complaint but nothing to do really with the unit I purchased as it does everything as advertised. We're happy with this unit overall.

We are sorry that the console on your unit doesn’t perform as you had anticipated. At this time, the console on this treadmill can only support the iFIT software. With that being said, there is a small edge below the console where you can place your own smart device to watch TV while you exercise.

Broken, defective parts
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just received my treadmill, open the box very excited hoping everything is ok, and what do I find, my treadmill with multiple damages everywhere on the base of the treadmill on the corners and on the front part too, I am extremely upset as this is my christmas gift from my husband, and I been wanting this machine for so long, and decided for this brand because everyone says it's one of the best brands and now I have a broken machine that doesn't even work properly after spending so much money to purchase it.

It comes whit a year ifit supcription. Very sturdy and quiet operation,only downside it’s that needs internet to operate.

I was looking for treadmills for ~2-3 months and finally landed on this one. We opted for home delivery and were able to put it together ourselves within 45 mins-an hour. The touchscreen responds quickly. I'm excited to continue to use it!
