      As pictured in this product page and description, this treadmill folds up vertically for storage.

      The treadmill measures 57.5” H x 35.2” W x 73.5” D when in use. This can be folded to a measurement of 63.9” H (slightly taller), 35.2” W (same), and 41.5” D (this is the space saving measurement).

    Product will not install the system update that it requires. Unable to connect to Bluetooth. Product came with a dent and it wasn't a floor model.

      The console has the ability to link with a compatible bluetooth heart rate monitor. Have you contacted our customer care for assistance?

    Incline did not work on a $1000 machine. Then getting it replaced has been a nightmare. Bestbuy outsources their delivery people that dont ring doorbells when they arrive.

    iFit membership costs an arm and a leg. Connects to Wi-Fi but won’t complete update. Basically it’s an over priced treadmill.

    Bad Purchasing Experience

    Purchased almost a month ago and am still unable to get the service done. The service team no show no call on the scheduled date. I have been waiting for a reschedule for more than a week. With three escalations, and still not hear anything back. ProForm should probably evaluate if Bestbuy is a qualified carrier to partner with.

    This was a lemon straight out of the box after it was installed and no follow up support on fixing this item or just a no show finally after almost a month sent back for a refund. Don’t recommend this item, and very unhappy with the follow up customer service on this item.

    Was hard to put together but that isn't their fault...once I got it together it worked OK for a few weeks...noisy / squeaky but otherwise OK. I would mirror others thoughts that it is annoying trying to just do a manual run, without a paid instructor led run. Unfortunately, I was using it today, about 40 mins into a run, and it just stopped, hard. I almost hit my head. Now I'm scared to use it.

    The machine was delivered with no incline. Totally damaged. I called tech support and Emmett from corporate office told me he can’t pick up my lemon on he weekend. I work during the week. He spoke very poorly to me. Walmart is one million times better than bestbuy any day of the week. Stay away from bestbuy and that rip off total tech.

    would not recommend if you don't have good WiFi

    This looked like it was going to be a great treadmill for the family and I used it for 7 days with no problems. My boyfriend went to run on it and the wifi stopped suddenly which made the belt stop suddenly in mid-run and he twisted his knee and almost fell off.

    Bought it as a Christmas present for my wife. She has used it for only a few weeks and the motor went bad and it will not incline. Terrible quality! Then today I saw more reviews with people having the same issue. Do not buy this! Save your money.

    I have not use the treadmill since I purchased it. It keeps uploading updates without success. It’s not user friendly - difficult to use. I intend to return.

    Used twice and broke. Delivery through Best Buy was awful. Didn’t show up three times and damaged my floors and walls the last time.

    Great for the occasional runner

    I'm rating this as 3 stars because it only lasted 3 years. For a product with this brand name and recognition, I would anticipate it having some longevity however the products base board (walking platform) cracked while I was running just after 3 years of ownership. I'm 6'3 215lbs and run about 5 miles 3 times per week, so I got pretty good usage out of the treadmill. However my Geek Squad Protection plan expired 4 days before it broke which is really unfortunate because Best Buy does not offer to repair the machine only to replace it; if it breaks within the 3 year time frame. I'm a little bitter due to it breaking 3 years and 4 days after being purchased and now I have this huge hunk of machinery that is not safe to use. I will say that prior to the walking platform breaking on me the machine itself is a good treadmill. The platform isn't very cushioned so it does feel similar to running outside but if you're looking for a temporary treadmill to use on an occasion this is probably a good choice to purchase. If you're looking for something to last the next 5-10 years or be used daily I would not consider this one.

    Ok with some faults

    My only complaint with this treadmill is that you have to bypass all of the iFit screens to get to manual mode even if you don’t have an iFit account. Also there were a few times our wifi went out due to a thunderstorm and I was trying to use the tread. It took me forever to figure out how to use it without wifi and when it started to work, the screen would flash on and off the whole time I was running.
