Fantastic Treadmill and sturdy been using it everyday for the past few days and I would highly recommend. Also to the Geeksquad crew how set this up for me highly recommend as well extremely professional and helpful.

This is an awesome treadmill. Has lots of features enough for entire family to use. If simply needing Walking regime ; incline or jogging it will suit Your needs plus one year personal trainer is An added feature.

While I wish I would have paid the extra for assembly (as does my husband lol) I'm still extremely happy with this treadmill. And the iFit membership..... oh I am already hooked FOR SURE!! :)

purchased this treadmill when my old one suddenly stopped. Does great and my daughters love running on it while watching TV. Havent used the wifi services yet.

Set up was really easy with 2 people and the right tools, just follow the directions. Some pieces were harder to get together and make the right alignments. Overall it is a great machine for the value.

The Proform Smart Treadmill is really nice and, I think that I will enjoy it very much once I learn all the components and how to use them.

had a horrible squeak when initially installed by Best Buy. took a lot of effort to get it running properly but now it is fine and does the job

Had 2 delivered and both damaged, boxes were damaged on arrival. overall works well and price was okay when on sale

Love it! It was a little difficult to install at first because some screwa would not go into the spots they were supposed to. I have used different screws and they worked.

Perfect equipment for home use. Not commercial quality of course but it beyond suits my needs at home. iFit membership is cool but I generally use Apple Fitness +.

Treadmill makes a very loud noise when in use at a low slope and speed about 5. I plan to call and get someone to inspect.

Just bought about a week ago and already having issues with it, literally have walked on it twice and now the screen is white and won’t work.

Good, but I-Fit dependent, no way to start running without getting the I-Fit signed in. It would be good to bypass that.

I read many horrible reviews pertaining to this specific model, but I took a chance and regret it. I purchased it with professional installation and 5 yr geek squad warranty. The day of my appointment I received a call at 1130 stating they are on their way, despite my appointment time being from 4 to 8. I let them know I live on a military installation and can sign them on. After waiting for 6 hours i decided to check my status online and it stated delivered. I immediately called and was advised that my appointment was canceled. So I will have set up a new appointment time and miss another full day of work. They didnt even give me a courtesy call to let me know, I had to call wait on hold for 30 mins. Then i am being told I cannot get a refund due to my treadmill showing delivered on their system. When I agreed to the professional installation it states if it is no delivered on that date you can request a full refund. Horrible customer service with no empathy from the 3 customer service representatives I've spoken to. Purchase at your own risk.

This treadmill has been great, I love the iFit workouts, and the machine runs smoothly. Haven't had any issues at all. The installation was also very worth it.
