Stopped working last week. Called Geek Squad. Pretty bad hold time. Then they called me since I selected that option. The rep put me on hold and never got back. Tried this again. Same thing. Then the rep told me that I should call proform since its under warranty.
Called proform. They make me do their diagnostic, instead of sending someone out. Now they are going to send a part which they expect me to change instead of sending a technician. Lets see how that goes. Will update review once and whenever this is resolved.

The display stopped working after only 1 month and Pro-Form will not respond to my requests for service. I can still get the belt to run after pressing on random spots on the display but this is definitely not what I paid for.

Beware: you cannot use the treadmill without the ifit app that they force on you. Currently, I cannot even start my treadmill because ifit doesn't load. I just want to walk for my health. A waste of $700.

In the corner of the screen on your unit, should be a “Continue without logging in”, “Manual Mode”, or “Skip” button. This will allow you to use your treadmill in the manual mode without an iFIT Membership.

Stinks cause when you buy online its very missleading to see speakers that can only be used for ifit app and the screen also was a big waste of money if you can only use it to be riped off by ifit

We are sorry for any misunderstandings regarding the speakers on this unit. Please know that the speakers on this unit can be used to play your own audio without an iFIT subscription. This can be done by plugging a 3.5 mm male to 3.5 mm male audio cable into the jack on the console and into a jack on your personal device. This audio cable can be purchased at most electronics stores.

Besides the top console not aligning properly the system comes with the wrong safety key. The one I got has these two metal prongs that are stuck in, while on the machine side there are no holes for the prongs to go into. The machine will get out of the error mode if I put the key on but when I start running the shaking causes the key to fall off causing me to run into the front console.

I was super excited when I bought this however according to the instruction manual I was not provided with all of the necessary parts. Additionally the incline does NOT work and the treadmill is extremely loud. The only reason I still have this treadmill is due to the fact that I already set it up and the only way to return it is to disassemble it. I would not recommend this product unless Best Buy is going to provide the missing equipment and explain why the incline doesn’t work
