Don’t buy

Additionally the incline does NOT work and the treadmill is extremely loud. The only reason I still have this treadmill is due to the fact that I already set it up and the only way to return it is to disassemble it. I would not recommend this product unless Best Buy is going to provide the missing equipment and explain why the incline doesn’t work

Also, for your convenience with assembly, this treadmill has detailed 3D instructions on the free app called BILT to help you along step-by-step. Try using that when you receive your replacement parts and your treadmill should be up and working correctly in no time.
Let’s also help troubleshoot your incline. Since you are missing parts, that may be the problem. However, we aren’t sure what parts you are missing until you email us. Describe the problem in your email and we will be on it.

This treadmill has a 1-year parts and labor warranty in addition to its 10-year frame warranty. You’re covered! We’re not sure why you felt ProForm was not a source of help. We’re here for you.

My husband life the iFit program in general.

Because of BestBuy's return policy, I can't even return it. Even though they say you can manually start the machine without the iFit they try so hard to shovel into your throat. It takes minutes for the machine to try to load and find the iFit and update and so on before it gets to the manual start. I should have sticked with Costco. I don't even buy stuffs from Best Buy anymore.

How to use Manual Mode: (ProForm - Carbon T7 - Model: PFTL87720)
*Insert the key into the console. Note: It may take some time for the console to be ready for use.
*Select the main menu. When you turn on the power, the main menu will appear after the console boots up.
*Start the walking belt and adjust the speed.
*Touch Manual Start on the screen or press the Start button on the console to start the walking belt. The walking belt will begin to move at a low speed. As you exercise, change the speed of the walking belt as desired by pressing the Speed increase and decrease buttons.
*To stop the walking belt, press the Stop button or tap the center of the screen.

It worked when they guys put it together then when I went to use it for the first time it wouldn’t even turn on. Had it replaced and the exact same thing! Finally returned it. Will definitely go with a different brand for my third try. Super disappointed since my last treadmill had lasted me soooo long! Big hassle and a waste of a lot of people’s time.

Please avoid this Treadmill

After 1 year the display on it is stuck in a loading screen with a retry button. It was bad enough that you had to constantly pick manual mode to then be asked if you were sure before it would even start up. You will regret this purchase.

Great Machine but Poor Best Buy Service

Which I have been waiting weeks for. Just very disappointed in Best Buy and the service received.

Warranty worthless

Proform won't service it because they don't have a tech in my area. I'm on Long Island not exactly the boonies. Avoid all Promark products because of this

Wrong key provided, not usable. No help from BB

Totally unusable and Best Buy was absolutely no help. Be prepared, they will have you waste a lot of time without a solution once they have the money from the purchase.

Crapped Out in Four Months !!!!!

Defective treadmill
