This thing has not worked since we purchased it. Do not buy this it is junk.

I’ve got this one and had to return it, it doesn’t allow to use it without paying membership online

The guys at the store were awesome. But we had to chase on the phone for the installers.

By far the biggest waste of time and money i’ve come across, Quality so bad

Received machine it worked for one day. Customer service sent prtbi had to replace my self. It now work product is ok

It has no where to put the emergency string so I cant use it! Where it should go there is not an opening.

I have been using this treadmill almost daily for almost two weeks now, and I am thoroughly impressed. With the 1 year trial of iFit, I have been running on trails all over the world with trainers who seem to genuinely enjoy their profession, and inspire you to finish your run. Assembly was difficult in the beginning. I would recommend hiring someone to help if you are not used to assembling items like this. It is heavy, and awkward to do by yourself, and maybe even impossible. I assembled this with my 14-year-old son. Some of the pieces don't fit perfectly together, so you will have to bend the plastic a bit. There are still noticeable gaps on mine, but they don't affect my running. The interface is very smooth looking, much nicer than treadmills at the gym I went to pre-pandemic. The speakers are loud, the fans work well, and the overall machine is relatively quiet. The treadmill itself has some sort of cushioning it seems which is easier on your knees. My only complaint would be that the iFit membership will eventually expire, though you can still use this machine without one. Their are some runs you can do without a membership, but it's much more useful with one. I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion

The interactive training component with iFit on this treadmill is amazing. I love that I can follow allow with a workout and not have to do any adjustments, it really helps keep me working towards my goals which I love. The instructions for set up were clear and the parts labeled well but it was a little bit of a pain to put the plastic protectors on the arms because the pre drilled holes were a little small for that part so it was a very snug fit to get the screws in. It runs a little loud (or maybe I just have a loud run) but with the speakers on it, if you are following one of the training programs or have music playing on the speakers you don’t notice it as much. Wow! These ProForm Treadmills with iFIT are amazing. I completed 402 workout in 2023. I visited Mexico, Spain, Italy, Norway, Antarctica, Peru, the Hawaiian Islands, and used a few rehab workouts after a brief muscle strain. You feel like you're right there in the workout walking, running, with your iFIT trainer. Truly one-on-one, they're talking to YOU not a group class. Definitely recommend this product.

I am in love with the ProForm Carbon T7 Treadmill. The treadmill is easy to use. I love the iFit features. Today I took a hike through the hills in Scotland, and yesterday I walked through Switzerland. My children, who are 14 and up, love getting on the treadmill as well. They love hearing about the rich history of the towns they visit. My son said it was like walking with a friend. Cons: It took a bit to build, but I loved the built app; I highly recommend using the app instead of the paper instructions. Pros: Easy to use, quiet, you can walk/run through cities and towns. You can even create your own routes. You don’t have to use an app on your phone; you have an interactive screen on the machine. I recently got this treadmill a few weeks ago and have been loving it so far. I love that it has good shock absorption so that it doesn't feel too hard on my legs while running for long periods of time. The touch screen is super responsive and works really well. I love being able to pair with the ifit and doing trainer led workouts on the screen in front of me, but also being able to do a manual workout as well. The setup and installation was really straight forward and we did not have any issues with the assembly. My husband got the entire thing put together in a couple hours, mostly on his own, although there were a couple times when I provided some help to him as well. It is super user friendly and a great treadmill to use while working out at home! I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.

I’ve had it for a couple years and it’s easy to move and use. It has all the features you need and want without all the super fancy bells and whistles that you don’t need.

I have enjoyed having this product so far. I love that it is iFit enabled and comes with a free 1 year membership. A good workout application is very motivating to me and the iFit application works great. The set up wasn't too hard or complicated and the instructions were clear. It does take some time to set up though and requires two people. I love the storage latch which reduces the weight of lifting it up and down by yourself. All the other aspects have worked well with no problems. The display is awesome. I'm a fan of the touch screen and the quick access buttons. I enjoy the flex cushion as it appears easier on my knees. Out of the box, the treadmill took me about 2 hours to unbox the put together. The instructions were quite easy to follow and setup. Once it was setup, I followed the prompts on the screen to begin a workout. The steps were intuitive and I really enjoyed the demo run since it was easy to access. It was thrilling to learn so much while running by listening to the world class trainers and it was a welcomed surprise the incline adjusted on its own as I made my way through the run. Overall I was impressed with the quality of the treadmill. The handles were sturdy and it feels like it was built very well. I like the long track and felt more relaxed while running, knowing I had some track behind me. I immediately felt the ISO Flex cushioning on my knees as I ran. It felt awesome! Following a trainer on a run made the running pass way faster. The programs were engaging and fun to follow. I also thought the panel was big and I liked that you could rest your phone in the cup holders. I did like that you could place a book or tablet if you wanted to. Overall, I'm really pleased with the treadmill! I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.

Overall I really like this treadmill, it is on the cheaper end of the scale as far as treadmills go so it doesn't have all of the bells and whistles (Heart beat sensor, only goes to 10MPH and 10 incline) But for value I'd say it is pretty good. Only took about an hour and half to setup/cleanup so not too bad there. I like that it folds up, I just wish it folded up so it was vertical. But still saves a decent amount of space when it folds up. The fans work pretty good, and it's nice you can hook up audio from your phone if needed. I didn't notice too much of the "shocks" were super helpful or not, I'd probably have to compare with two treadmills right next to each other to know for sure. All in all I'd say it's a pretty good treadmill for the value. I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.

My treadmill arrived the other day and I am loving it! It is definitely a 2 person job to put it together. IFIT has been awesome to use!! I had some trouble with my 30-day free access code from the purchase (could not locate it) but I was able to sign up for the App and still receive the free 30 days day from that method. I was however very disappointed with the communication about my delivery day/window, my window had been the afternoon block and the day of the delivery I had not received notification about the shorter time block, luckily I looked online. It was until well over an hour after the delivery had arrived (and the time window was over) that I received a text and email about when it would be delivered.

Great treadmill for the price! The screen is good size and the treadmill is sturdy. It was easy to put together as well.
