Tablet crashing
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had this treadmill for about 3 years and they pushed an update to the tablet and now the device/tablet crashes, is not responsive and will make the device at times inoperable. Contacted customer support and tried to troubleshoot and even hard reset the tablet and it would not work. When I try to update the tablet, it gives me an error and will not download/install the udpate. I would not recommend this treadmill to anyone.

Easy enough for my 14 year old daughter and myself to put together. Quiet, stores well, and is smooth. IFit program is easy set up with lots of programs to use for workouts. I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.

Ive never experienced this at the gyms. My husband seems to believe its my stride. Either way its not smooth and makes me feel uneasy

Setup was super easy.. but you will need someone to help you carry the box as it's very heavy. Easy to read instructions and set up for ifit was just as easy. It doesn't take up much space and can fold up for easy storing when you are done.

It fits nicely in my small home gym and the storage latch makes it very easy to lift and store by myself. The assembly was a two person job but not difficult. It's runs very smooth and is quieter than my last treadmill. This is a great machine for the price point!

I am not interested in iFit at all, I only need to use manual settings. Also, I don’t need “warm up”. When I turn on the treadmill, I would like to be able to set the speed and just go without playing with touch screen while the belt is already going. I also don’t want to change the incline all the time, I want it fixed at 5%. I asked if there a way to completely disable iFit and operate this machine in manual mode? Can the incline stay fixed if I don’t want to change it? Can warmup be disabled? The help desk said no to everything. Apparently, iFit company wants to upsell treadmills to monthly fees for iFit service making the treadmill software and the treadmill itself almost unusable. I recommend staying away from this uncaring and greedy company.

We are sorry for any misunderstanding as this treadmill can indeed be used in manual mode without an iFIT membership and the incline should maintain a percentage once set manually for a workout.
