I got this one to replace Horizon T-101-3 (Bought 2012). I got it through Best Buy due to the awesome free indoor delivery service. I set this one up myself and found Carbon T7's frame is not as well-built as Horizon T-101. It's also harder to install than T-101. I was having buyer's remorse as I was setting it up. It took a while to boot up the 7" console and had to wait for firmware update. Normally, Horizon T-101 took 2 seconds to be ready for use after powered on but this unit will take at least 30 seconds to boot up the console before it's usable. Then I registered the free 1-year iFit membership and started using it. iFit blew my mind. I believe iFit's instructor led training will get me hook on using this treadmill. Due to iFit, I gave this unit 4 start instead of 1. *Note: This unit works without iFit subscription.

I really want to love this treadmill and so far it’s been working well, but there are some flaws that you should consider before buying. The sturdiness of the treadmill is great. It feels and weighs like a quality price of machinery. The problem is very clearly quality control. The arm support holes don't exactly line up which can be very frustrating during install. The belt also doesn't sit perfectly center and that's already pre installed so you can't do much there. Hoping it doesn't cause an issue because the motor leans it to the left. I also really wanted to love iFit and for the most part do. The issue is with the tech. The hardware in the tablet on this thing is terrible. Poor cpu, low memory, and the worst WiFi antenna. I mean seriously these tablets are like the $20 Android ones sold from China. This causes iFit videos to lag at times. Maybe 1 out of 10 times the app crashes during a workout and data is lost. This can get frustrating especially when you are in the zone. For the price it's very hard to find a good ifit built in treadmill. Knowing what i know now, I would have coughed up the few more hundred for the pro series or even a nordic trac. If you are on a budget and this is your max price do it. Otherwise invest a little more.

I bought this treadmill a couple of years ago to boost my exercise regime, and it has become a wonderful addition to my home gym. The incline works amazingly, and it increases/decreases speed very smoothly. Even after disassembling it and moving it three times, it still works like it's brand new!

My husband and I are very happy with our treadmill purchase. We knew we wanted to buy one for 2021 and were looking for certain features through various online stores. We were not looking for iFIT on a treadmill, however, this has become our favorite feature. I enjoy how I can learn about different regions while exercising. It helps distract me and keeps me motivated all the way through. My husband likes the running trainers on iFIT. Best Buy offered iFIT free for a year on this treadmill and the price was right for a mid-level machine. It ended up being better than expected! I gave it four stars, since it took all day for one person to assemble. I would recommend either paying for assembly or dedicating time to put together.

Excellent treadmill, easier to assemble, great size, sturdy, gym quality, run track is a great size long and wide enough for my 6ft husband,can be used without I fit manually, 10 grades of incline and speed, hydraulic system to fold also if wanted.very happy! Would definitely recommend

I have been pleased with the treadmill and its performance so far. It is easy to pull down and gently drops. I keep it up to save space. It is quiet enough so I can hear my audiobook without a headset. The fan is not quiet nor does it cool you, useless. I use a floor fan instead. I didn't sign up for the iFit one month free feature. It was not worth it to do. If you are going to offer this, it should be at least 6 months or a year free. I only use the manual mode which has limited features. The speakers should have bluetooth capacity. They are useless unless you use the iFit. A jack to be able to use the speakers would have worked also. That is my main issue with this machine, the technology not included. Had the Totaltech team install it and was very pleased. It is worth the money to do unless you have another person to help you and time. I would purchase again or find one with bluetooth speakers.

Swift Delivery, Salesperson was very concerning and responsive. Helped resolve delivery issue promptly. very satisfied with The entire customer service and delivery experience. Although I maybe should have had them set up and put it together. The quality of the product was well worth the price very efficient and durable. I love the display and fans were a surprise! I hope that it holds up over time. I'm very excited for my at home workouts for years to come. It does require 2 person to assemble I must say the alignment of the handles were(are) slightly off but everything else is functional! I'm proud I happy so far with my investment.

It works great, I love the incorporated fans. I've had it for about 5 months using it 3-4 times a week without any problems.

So far so good with this unit. There is a learning curve for the iFIT software. We had some cliches but they seem to have worked themselves out. Great features for price. Screen is a decent size. Would like to see if built in speakers would work with Bluetooth, haven’t figured that out yet.

It was a fine machine. We returned it because we don’t like running. We got a rower.

it's a good treadmill, fairly easy to assemble. some of the screws & holes don't line up quite "perfectly" and you can't really adjust solid metal, so luckily there are enough other screws to hold in place and feel secure. would love it if it just had a simple option to hit "Go" and start running -- seems every new treadmill now is WiFi enabled and requires an iFit membership, or even without that, you have to wait for the computer technology to "warm up" before you can start running... miss the days of "press GO" and it starts running. quality seems good, and it's pretty quiet. easy to store, although I would prefer if it could be stored completely vertical; when raised, this still leans at appro 45 degree angle.

Love my treadmill! Have had it for about a month now and I’m addicted. Incline up to 10... speed goes up to 10.. has built in fans. touch screen display. Tbh wasn’t expecting that but it’s so much nicer than i thought. Love my purchase. 10/10 would buy again

It took me about 2 hours to put it together with little help. I would recommend to download the app they offer to assemble the treadmill. Awesome deal that it comes with 1-yr of iFit which has made this product more enjoyable. Unfortunately, ever since I put it together it comes with an update message but it fails every time to update. Need to contact ProForm to fix this issue. Also, is kinda slow to fully turn on, I need to wait at least a minute for the system to be ready. Not sure if this could be fix with the update.

Great treadmill but the iFit ap is useless. It is designed for treadmill running, cycling and rowing...you cannot even enter walking performed in the real world on the website. The search function for workouts does not include criteria for new walkers such as show me walks with a lower walking speed or incline. The free year of iFit was nice but worth what I paid for it. The treadmill appears to be sturdy and well built. It does not have wide enough sides to rest your feet on before stepping onto the treadmill moving belt so that can be tricky.

This is a really nice treadmill it’s quick it’s easy the only thing about it is I couldn’t connect my Bluetooth other than that it’s really amazing

I am pretty happy with this treadmill. I’m not happy with having to have an accord with Fitbit to take advantage of using the workouts. It does serve its purpose.

This treadmill is awesome and so is ifit, but the belt was crooked. My husband is pretty handy and he followed instructions to try to straighten it out. Manufacturer warranty covered parts for us to do a replacement. This treadmill is a lot of work to put together and given the price point, we just weren’t willing to take it apart and replace the belt. Best Buy was amazing with the return though. We did have to take it apart, but I made one phone call and they came and picked it up.

Very happy with this treadmill selection. Lots of value for the price. Very sturdy, nice screen, fast adjustment for speed and incline. Assembly and setup were lengthy but still worth it in the end. So far no major complaints. Hoping it stays that way and I don’t have to deal with the support techs that so many complain about in other reviews.

Had the treadmill a little over a year. Worked great when it was working, but now a connection error appears when booting up now, which caused me to get a replacement.
