Installation was not too difficult and product works beautifully.

It's a very nice and durable treadmill but I wish I knew I would be spending at least an extra $200.00 of electricity a month, I might as well have signed up with a gym membership and would have been cheaper and more to choose from including spa, pool, personal trainers and everything else that comes with it. Now I'm scared to use it daily..

Ordered online with curbside pickup. Best Buy staff helped me get it in the car. It is very heavy. Had to take it out of the box and bring it into the house in pieces with the wife. Setup took about 1.5 hours. Used the built app for instructions. Screen is small but we are not using the ifit subscription so we didn’t care for paying for the larger screen. The treadmill feels study. Wish there was more functions/ programs in the manual non subscription mode. Overall good treadmill but on the lower end without all the features. Hope it hold up...

Love this treadmill , very smooth to walk and run on.

I like the treadmill but cannot give it 5 stars. There were some issues with the instructions and one of the holes had to be bored out to get it in place. A small manufacturing issue. The remainder of the instructions were simple to follow and easy to do. There is a general squeaking on the treadmill that is quite annoying. I have yet to locate it and if I cannot, I will call support. Squeaking means that something is rubbing in a place where the materials are wearing down and this can only lead to problems in the future. If the squeaking was gone, I would give this 4 stars for sure. I have yet to use it for endurance running, which I do. It's my hopes it can handle 20+ miles a day worth of wear. It is a nice addition t our workout room.

We love this treadmill! Purchased this as a family Christmas gift and our family of four uses it most everyday. We especially love the iFit that it came with. It's very easy to use. We hired a professional to assemble it, so I can't personally speak to how easy or hard it was to assemble, but it only took the professional about two hours. We have had it about ten months now with no complaints.

Simple treadmill for simple workout. We use it without the iFIT membership.

Love the free one year subscription to iFit! And the incline and controls are easy to use.

I give the treadmill a 2 star because of how difficult set up was. This was due to not initally being able to get the console to screw into the handles on one side. It also took my husband 2 days to build because the screws that come with this were too big for the holes drilled into the handles for the handle covers to stay on. I have used the treadmill for walking and jogging and i love that. Not quite sure if i like the ifit enough to keep paying for it once the trial is over. Overall for me the treadmill is nice once you get past set up. I understand you hqve the option to have someone else build it for you for like $200 but if the stuff that comes with the thing don’t fit im not sure how thats helpful. Oh and we utilized the app alkng with the paper instructions for comparison having tbe interactive app did help some.

Nice machine !! It came with one year of iFit, which I didn't think I would really be interested in or use. I was wrong ! I mostly do walking and the programs have been great !! Lots of information in the programs too ! Love the fact that during a program the machine automatically adjusts the speed and incline so all I do is follow along. I use it at least 3 time a day !

Best treadmill! I use this during the winter went it’s not the best outside.

We have been really pleased with the treadmill so far. Pros: plenty of running surface for me (5'2") and my husband (6'1"); love that it has fans; plenty of room for water bottle/phone; iFIT is AMAZING!! (Comes with 1 year free) Cons: a little noisy; pretty heavy and awkward when trying to fold up; still takes up quit a bit of space even when folded up We've had it for 3 months and so far we haven't had any issues. Would purchase again. If they could get the same features into something smaller that would be great, but we looked at so many before purchasing and the really small ones just can't do what the bigger ones do.

I do not like that you have to go thru Profit program to get started. i just want to turn it on and go.

Great treadmill for the price. Very happy with this purchase. This was not my original choice but was recommended by Best Buy’s customer service. The treadmill has a very clear screen and comes with iFit for the first year for free. I will without a doubt be subscribing to it after the year is up. It’s fabulous!

I was a bit nervous seeing some iffy reviews on here about the pro-form T7 Carbon but purchase it and had it installed through Best Buy. The installers had it downstairs in my home gym and put together in 30 minutes. I have absolutely no regrets about the treadmill! Comfortable, pretty quiet, nice features and a great overall workout. Happy with my purchase.

We've had ours for about a month now and love it. Delivery and setup was great. Geek Squad was very professional and arrived on time. We love the iFit trainers and use it everyday. Our last ProForm lasted over 20 years. Hoping to get the same our of this model. Excellent machine for the money in my opinion.
