Parts came with missing fasteners and had to run around stores finding the right one. Customer service calls went unanswered or long waiting. Package was damaged while it was a gift to a person. Delivery guys weren't too keen to leave it in the basement.

Great size. Ifit is nice program. Belt sticks a little...isnt completely fluid and running is a little loud

Used my last ProForm till the day it died. I love this newer model because it has a smaller footprint than my last one. Although the screen is way much nicer, got color now. It comes with a 1 year subscription for iFit but I never used it since I would watch my shows on the TV I have in my exercise room.

Great treadmill for the money. Putting it together was a bit frustrating as some of the screws wouldn’t line up with the holes, seems like that’s a common issue with this model. But once it’s up and running, or rather you are, it’s a good machine. Very quite and sturdy. While there are better treadmills on the market, for the money it’s a great value and a great purchase.

I've had home treadmills for more than 10 years. Sadly, this has been by far the worst one. Within 1 year I've had to replace the console, the machine kept stopping on it's own in the middle of a run and now it's completely dead. I purchased it on January 6, 2022. What's makes it even worse is that they will not send a technician to repair it. When I had to replace the console the phone technician assured me it was only a couple of screws and an easy repair, yeah, it took me close to 3 hours.

I like this product, it takes some time to start once you press the on/off button. If you buy it, I would recommend you to pay for the installation because it takes time to assemble it, and it is heavy, at least 2 people are needed to assemble some arras.

This is an excellent treadmill. Our old treadmill was also a ProForm. I love the internal fans that keep your face cool as you walk or run. The screen and the sound are great! I watch movies when I can. The bed of the treadmill is cushioned, which feels great to your feet and knees. This is a great product!

On week 4 of using and loving the iFit workout options

Truly excellent treadmill but with a few minor drawbacks. Works really well overall but takes quite a bit of time for the panel to warm up. My wife and I do not use iFit, only manual, and takes a bit of work to get the machine to comply with manual mode. The panel function "buttons" could be more readily seen if they would light up.

I bought this treadmill because I wanted to lose the weight that I have gained from this pandemic we are having and my new job is a desk job. So I have not been able to get much exercise.I am so glad I made this purchase it is heavy duty and I love the work out videos they’re very helpful.Thank you Best Buy!

Nice treadmill, works great for my needs. Great beginner treadmill.

Unfortunately this threadmill only lasted a day i contacter best buy and direct me with manufactered they did take care of the issue how ever they send the part and i installed it my self they did gave me the option to return it but i didnt want take it apart since i had just build it and it wont fit thru the door build.

Love this treadmill. Best Buy delivered it quickly and the delivery men put the box right where I needed it. It took about 2 hours to put together and you need 2 people at times. Treadmill quality is great and the 1 year iFit membership is a game changer. Highly recommend!

Don’t have any complaints! Love my treadmill. The I got it for the iFit and fan as my mother has one and I loved it when I tried it out. When it went on sale I had to get it right away. Specially after it was so hard to find a treadmill due to the pandemic.

Solid treadmill, but it's biggest downfall is that it only goes up to 10 mph. It's very heaving and difficult to assemble, so I recommend paying extra to get it delivered and assembled.

I cant review because ive been waiting a month for installation. 2 no show no calls. Now scheduled for tomorrow. If they don't show i am having the treadmill picked up and account credited.
