I cant review because ive been waiting a month for installation. 2 no show no calls. Now scheduled for tomorrow. If they don't show i am having the treadmill picked up and account credited.

Easy to assemble, works great, very user friendly.

I would give it zero stars if I could. Screen went completely black almost exactly one year after owning it. Screen will not turn on making it unusable. Since it is after one year, I would have to pay $200 to have someone just come look at it. Not including the repairs and parts that it would need. Do NOT BUY it will only last one year then you are stuck with a broken machine or have to put more money in it to keep it working.

Have only used for 3 weeks but so far it’s been pretty good. I use the manual program for my workout. Have had to adjust the belt which seemed easy to do. I like he dual fans which my 12 year old Nordictrac never had.

This was not the treadmill that I set out to purchase as I was looking at a higher end model. Since the price of this one was so good and there was other equipment I wanted to purchase I decided to try it. It was on sale at a great price so if I had to trash the money it would be no big deal. It took about 2 hours for me to install it. I have been using it every day and I have had no problems. I purchased the proform mat to place under it so it would not hurt my flooring. I have not had any stability issues, it's been very stable no wobbling. You can hear the belt rotate but it has not been loud enough to bother anyone else in the house even during working hours. I'm happy, I hope if you purchase you will be also.

This is a great treadmill! It’s so very quiet and easy to operate. We are only using the manual program at this point and it works fine for us. I love having the fan to use while working out!

This treadmill is easy to use, smooth running, and great color screen. The instructions are easy to understand and provides great ideas for utilizing your treadmill.

The cuality of this product is great, I received it on time, everything was how it was supposed to be. I would highly recommend Best Buy, because the service is good and the cuality of the products are great.

Amazing product. I use at least four times per week and it has not failed. The automatic updates via Wi-Fi keeps treadmill current. It is easy to set up and use. Fan, bluetooth, aux connection are added bonuses.

Set up was not as straightforward as expected, however the recommended app was very helpful with step by step photos and directions. The actual user experience is excellent, and the sleek, contemporary design compliments any workout setting.

Horrible. Quit working after 2 weeks. Assembly is a nightmare.. never again

The Control Panel broke the 2nd week we used our treadmill. It would completely stop while walking on it and then speed up uncontrollably. Luckily we were able to jump off of it. We ordered the part from the manufacturer Proform and Best Buy Geek Squad will install the part. This malfunction is not the fault of Best Buy. Best Buy’s merchandise and service is good and we will continue to to purchase merchandise from Best Buy.

Great price and machine is exactly as described. I have used daily since purchased with no hiccups. Nice treadmill that fits my needs and love the subscription to Ifit that was included.

This was a gift for my wife and she loves it! It was fairly easy to put together and simple to use. The price is very reasonable. Would definitely recommend

I purchased this treadmill almost a year ago and love it. The only problem is the belt is rubbing and needs to be adjusted. I would purchase this treadmill again.

Even with excellent Internet signal, this device will not pair with my Bluetooth. So it is difficult for me to save workouts or to sync up with my apps. This has a manual workout button area, but the other workouts available aren’t ideal for me. For example I like to do walk run intervals, and a hit workout, but the only way that I can do it is to change the speed manually. The guys from Best Buy who said it up gave me a general demonstration, but I would love a professional from pro-form to really show me all the features available on this treadmill.

I am really enjoying my treadmill. Love the iFIT that came with it. The folks who set it up were fast and very professional.

Had the treadmill for about a month, been using it every day and love it! It is perfect for our needs and is very comfortable to walk and run on. You can easily do manual mode or follow an iFit workout. A note on assembly - it is not complicated, but it is physically hard. Some of the screw holes were not fabricated properly so it takes some strength to get them in which was frustrating (coming from a young, strong person). But like I said now that it is together I am loving it!

Originally bought the Horizon t101 and returned it because the motor would shut off randomly during my run. I only had it for 2 weeks. So I put out the extra money and bought this. Well It has been a nightmare to put together. the directions the Horizon t101 had and the assembly for that treadmill were sooo easy compared to this treadmill. It has been 5 hours and i’m not even half way done putting it together. It has been so frustrating i’m getting ready to return this one too. The screws are in the most IMPOSSIBLE positions to even tighten them and some don’t even fit into the hole at all. I took me 3 hours alone just to put the arms on because the screws are just impossible.

Awesome treadmill. It was a little difficult to set up alone as it is extremely heavy but the quality is top notch.
