The treadmill is great. The only issue was it came with the wrong key. Called Pro Form and they sent me a key in less than a week

The treadmill is pretty descent for the price. The design is modern and it does all the basic controls you would find on most treadmills. There is a tablet on the top, but it is only useful if you create an i-Fit account, else you are stuck with manual workout which you don't have the option for a workout options, which involves different speed and incline as you go, you have to manually change it. In my previous treadmill, there were built-in workouts. The build quality is average.

The service men assembled the treadmill very well, but through no fault of theirs, the belt was off center, so I would have to say that it was not in ready to use condition as delivered and assembled. The instructions say to use one of the Allen screws and to turn the socket in the rear one half counter-clockwise and the belt would right itself and be even on both edges. I have tried but have not been able to mate it with the female Allen screw. So please send someone to put the treadmill in usable condition so the belt will not chew itself up on the close side.

Spent a little more than I would at Costco but 0% on the Best Buy card made it worth it. Not super basic but still nice. Only thing is it does shock you randomly sometimes. Kinda weird

T7 Treadmill has a great touchscreen. I have been following the Beginner series of IFIT exercises.

I’ve purchased several ProForm treadmills over the yrs, and I’ve never really had an issue. However, I am not happy with their partner software iFIT. Once the subscription expires you won’t be able to save your workout. You’ll be forced to manually start and stop each workout.

Really like this machine! The delivery and setup crew were great, and we were on the treadmill in just a couple hours. The iFit workouts are great, with an enormous selection for all levels of fitness. The trainers in the videos are informative, encouraging, and the machine makes all adjustments for you while using the videos. I would definitely recommend!
