Don’t buy it!

I have tried the telephone help, was told I needed different internet provider, did that. Still no video. What an expensive piece of junk, if I can’t utilize what was promised when it was sold to me

It is a little louder than I would like, but it gets me mileage in the warmth of my home. Overall, it's a pretty good machine.

Difficult to assemble, stop working after 1 week

The reasons why I am giving this machine 1 star are the following: (1) assembling was a pain, it took 2.5 hours with 2 people, also the handrail plastic covers were a pain to install because the holes in the plastic would not align to the holes in the in the metal frames. This would have made my review a 4 stars since it's not a big deal. Now the reason I am giving this a 1 start rating is (2) because after 1 week of assembling the product and just using it twice, the monitor no longer works, the app does not load and I am unable to use the $1000 machine I purchased a week ago. Now I will have to waste my precious workout time calling the manufacturer to get them to fix this crappy product.

Complete waste of money

A software update will brick them and the company is useless and not willing to help. $700 in the trash.
