Does the job well but if you do not want to subscribe to iFit then it only has a manual mode that is laggy to get to. Also if you do not leave it connected to the WiFi then you can get it to run in manual mode once before having to power cycle the machine due to the controller freezing.

Great treadmill! Exactly what my family needed. Took a little while to put together but I was able to do it myself, although probably easier with two people.

The treadmill itself is very sturdy and durable. Features are users friendly. I enjoy the ifit trainers and they help me stay motivated!!!

Best investment I made for myself. I had some difficulty putting together because some holes were not lined up for screws.

I really wanted to love this treadmill and was super excited when it was delivered. But... the geek squad delivery team was highly unprofessional and made a sexist comment. Okay, I know this happens from time to time. But the real issue here is that the treadmill delivered is defective. It appear that the platform was welded to the frame about 1/2 inch or so off. I could not attached the base cover and the treadmill cannot be folded due to this flaw. I have sent countless pictures to the manufacturer and discussed the issues with both customer service and geek squad. It has been 3 weeks and still there is no resolution. Just empty promises from the assistant manager. Best Buy, you can do better than this.

Got this for my husband. He loves the ease of walking whenever he wants to. Plus it keeps him off the streets at all hours and out of the weather.

Very smooth and quiet, easy to use. Great value for price. Best Buy installation team was very professional especially during covid.

Although I don't have a baseline to compare to other home gym treadmills, this one has exceeded expectations for our walks and runs.

The treadmill works fine in Manual mode which is the only option you have to use it in, since the iFit activation doesn't work and iFot is impossible to get ahold of. After waiting hours trying to contact them and then waiting a week for an email about my ticket, which never came, I am returning this machine. The manual mode is fine, but if that's all you can access, there are cheaper models without all the frills (which again you can't use unless you pay for the iFit membership). Save yourself the trouble and buy literally any other brand and avoid iFit.

Solid treadmill for the price. I am definitely pleased with the purchase.

Works great, incline and speed are easy to adjust and the iFit program makes the workouts fun and challenging.

I was really enjoying the treadmill but after a week of using it, I noticed the computer system took more than a minute to start. Also, the belt went loose, and it started making grinding noises!
