This review is more about the fact Best Buy did not assure all of the parts were included in the delivery when the packaging was clearly damaged. Their delivery and return service was outstanding, too bad the warehouse folks weren't up to the task. I purchased this treadmill based upon brand, price, features, reviews, and because it was sold by Best Buy. Delivery was fast, free, courteous, and directly to the location we planned to put the treadmill, I was concerned when many of the plastic parts arrived in a standard, white garbage bag and the plastic wrap over the entire product was torn, but it appeared the balance of the parts were undamaged. Unfortunately, after it was partially assembled I discovered the two arms that hold the controls to the upright posts were missing. Proform will not provide contact information and support until after you register the product. I contacted Best Buy the same day the product was delivered but the Best Buy folks informed me they could not provide replacement parts. They did offer to remove the product at no charge and order a replacement. They could not tell me when a replacement would be available so I opted to return the treadmill. They picked it up the very next day at no charge. We have had a NordicTrak stationary bike for at least 10 years and love it. NordicTrak and ProForm are part of the same company so I'm pretty sure we would have also loved the treadmill. The product appeared to be well made for a entry level treadmill but we never got an opportunity to give it a try. I can't recommend this product because I never got an opportunity to give it a try. Also, Best Buy has always been right on top of their game - just not this time.

Excellent, it came before time and works very well

The delivery was cancelled twice. The installers left several bolts and washers uninstalled and told me they were spare parts. No instructions on how to register the Ifit membership. The electronics have been sluggish. Overall grade, B.

Super big. The pulse reader didn't work. Otherwise it was great! I really enjoyed the personal one on one touch with the fitness trainers being in video. I wound up returning as it took up too much room for me but it was honestly a durable great product assembly took almost 1.5 hours.

I thought that they did a really good job!! They wore masks and boots, and were very friendly. And, they made sure that we were happy with the Treadmill. They said if we had any issues with it, we had 15 days, to return it/exchange.

Really liked being able to purchase a treadmill through their Progressive Leasing option. Treadmill runs smooth. Love how it came with 1 year of IFit membership, really helps getting a variety of workouts done.

This is an excellent treadmill. Assembly was not difficult but a bit time consuming. It took about 1 & 1/2 hours. We love the iFit features. Not too noisy.

overall it was good. its only a month so far good. proform is only giving 90days of warranty it should be atleast 6 months on new treadmill

Great product. I use it mostly to walk but have also run on it a bit and it's met every expectation. The reviews I read prior to purchase are accurate and I am satisfied.

The Profoam is a rock solid wat to workout. High recommend it. It allows you to track fitness stats.

I am happy with the purchase. The free videos and classes are a nice bonus. Easy to assemble myself. Screen is good size.

Great addition to our home gym! We use the tread daily! Easy to move...put a mat underneath for stability!

Completed self-assembly in 2.5 hours. Definitely easier with 2 people and tools are required.
