Good service from proform on support. Easy enough to setup by yourself. Long and wide enough for me to jog at a good pace (for reference I m 6'). Strong to take my weight (210+lbs). Easy to move around to corner, obviously not to lift and shift. Liked using the product, its been about 2 yrs now.

I really like the size of the running belt and heft of the treadmill. It isn’t too small to run on and is pretty simple to utilize. It has a port to connect a phone to the speakers, which is nice. It folds up for easy moving if need be also. Best Buy was the cheapest after comparison of this particular treadmill at the time of purchase also. Just a suggestion, don’t use a surge protector because we did out of ease and it fried the computer so we had to get a replacement, which Best Buy was fantastic about working with us on.

Perfect for my needs, I wanted a basic treadmill without lots of bells and whistles, nor did I want to spending a lot of money. Feels stable under my feet, works for me.

Working great. So far so good! First one delivered broken. Customer service at Best Buy was awesome. Replacement came in mint condition and delivered 2 weeks later. They hauled the broken one away when second one was delivered. Set up was a 2 person job but Relatively easy, just time consuming. Bypassing the IFIT was a breeze. You DO NOT NEED IFIT to use treadmill. Unless you want the costly subscription. Google it and follow directions. Very easy. It’s a pretty quiet machine. Hydraulics folding system makes it easy to fold. We are New to exercising and are enjoying it. The only negative issue is there is no wand, lube or directions to do belt maintenance.

The only this i was unhappy about was that I scheduled delivery almost a full 2 months out so that i could have a technician with the delivery to do get it setup. That never happened! I ended up putting it together myself. It does work great and the product has my recommendation

Nice standard treadmill for the money with a decently wide deck and shock absorption. I don’t like that they “require” you to sign up for an Ifit account to even turn the treadmill on. Fortunately my husband is a tech guy and found instructions online on how to bypass the account requirement. You don’t have access to their workouts without signing up, but I didn’t want that anyways. It does take a bit of time to put together but has good instructions.

    Infuriating assembly and description lies

To preface this, this actual treadmill portion seems fine, but there are some incredibly infuriating details. 1) The assembly was a nightmare. I’ve built computers with more space for screws. Whoever designed this was clearly cutting costs. Some bolts literally took needle nose pliers to get tightened because there was zero space for anything else. 2) Not all screw holes were fully formed and I had to force the screws and bolts in some cases through so they’d take the thread. It was not machined properly. 3) Instructions are not always clear, but aren’t the worst I’ve ever read. 4) There is no Bluetooth in the traditional sense. The listing here clearly says it is Bluetooth capable. Well, turns out the only way you can use Bluetooth is with the ifit app which is locked behind a paid subscription. So now I have to buy a battery operated Bluetooth adapter for the Aux port because the listing here outright lied. The manual straight up says Bluetooth is not supported unless connected with the ifit app. 5) After about 2.5 hours of assembly, we plugged it in and all we would get is a “Hello” message. Turns out, you’re supposed to hold the “ifit” button on the panel to unlock it. NOWHERE IN THE MANUAL IS THIS SAID. We had to go to YouTube to figure this out. Super frustrating. I feel lied to about the Bluetooth and quite frankly I’d return this in general principle if I didn’t have to undo 2.5 hours of work to take it back and find another to invest assembly time.

      Matt

We apologize for any misunderstanding that may have occurred about the iFIT membership included with this treadmill. The free trial to iFIT allows you to use iFIT through a bluetooth connection to guide your machine through automated workouts. Registering for iFIT is easy and the membership can be canceled or downgraded if desired.

We will revisit the description in order to make this bluetooth connection more clearly described.

I am so happy I decided to make this purchase. So easy to use and don’t have to have an iFit account if you don’t want. More than enough stride length for me at 5’10”. I opted to put together myself, would recommend a helper for a couple of the steps.

Thank you for your great feedback. We do recommend two people assemble this unit together, and iFIT is not a requirement to operate this treadmill’s manual controls.

Was absolutely loving my pro form until on about the fifth time using it it stopped working. It is only a month old and it appears that the motor has seized or something controlling it I have emailed back-and-forth with pro-form and I am getting nowhere with it. I would think that being able to get it taken care of would be a little easier being it’s still under warranty but I am still start going trying to get any answers. Very disappointed also extremely difficult to assemble because some holes are not completely drilled properly.
