Great machine. Incline is decent for training for uphill hikes. The fit app is mediocre, I could do without it. I also wish the tablet could be used for multipurpose and not simply the fit app. Otherwise, the machine runs stable and offers great workout options.

I've run fewer than 800 miles on this machine and only use it in the winter months. I've used it for two seasons and the control board is shot. It no longer powers the motor. There is apparently no replacement part for the control board available any longer. A $1500 treadmill should last much longer and keep replacement parts available for even longer beyond that.

Treadmills way a ton, so moving them up or down stairs directly out of the box prior to assembly is hard work. After this, you expect the parts to be correctly machined so you can assemble your new investment. Well, in my situation, bolts didn’t align or literally wouldn’t fit into their required pre-drilled holes. Pro-Form literally didn’t drill out the holes to the correct size. We called to ask for replacement parts rather than having to move the treadmill all over again. No, they’ll either send us an entirely new treadmill so I have to go through moving it all over again or remove the old one and issue a refund in three weeks. After wasting an entire evening on assembly for a treadmill that will now be returned when all I need is one part and now having to wait a month to get a refund of my money, this entire experience is extremely frustrating.

I love this treadmill. It was extremely easy to put together. My husband literally put it together with arthritis in his left wrist. Anyhow, I also love being able to do the live workouts on iFit.

Rusting started within 3 months of personal use DESPITE me wiping down the equipment after EACH workout. I run 3X per week and am the sole user of this treadmill which is in my house. Treadmill repair guy (whom I trust) came out (to replace the belt) and said not worth doing as rollers had also rusted out and walking board had cracked so not worth repairing the machine.

It was heavy to take up a flight of stairs and I would recommend downloading the app if you are putting it together on your own.

Great product. I was able to assemble it over 2 days at a slow pace. It is a heavy piece of equipment and can take the daily use of running on it well.

The dreadmill is great. Sturdy and has many features; my favorite being quick buttons for changing speed doing intervals.

I wanted to rate this treadmill at 4.5 stars but, that’s was an options. 4.5 on because, it’s not as shock absorbent. It’s a little hard but, think it will get better over time. Really like this treadmill. I researched for almost 5 months the best treadmill, for a small room (it’s in a bedroom in my lower level), that’s was a good price ( not cheap), durable and not bulky. Whew-I made a great choice. Love it and to my surprise, it came with a 1year subscription to iFIT!

I am in an area that limits my outdoor walking/hiking. I am quite happy with the iFit feature on my ProForm 2000 treadmill. The hikes and walks provide a welcome escape "outside" and the incline syncing with the actual hike is quite realistic. I much prefer a workout with incline work to engage glutes and quads for both cardio and strength workouts. There are beautiful worldwide locations featured with trainers in the iFit program beginner to advanced , The treadmill is well made with a nice fan and quality sound/monitor.

This treadmill is EXACTLY what I was looking for. It is not too big, has just enough features to accommodate my running and walking pace and is easy to use.

Overall it’s a good piece of equipment to stay physically fit without going to the gym.

Everything I wanted it to be really… Takes a minute to get the hang of the iFIT etc But it is awesome Ive used it every day for almost 5 weeks now
