Very poor quality and too expensive for the outcome.

This is my most frustrating BestBuy purchase. We scheduled it for a Saturday, originally, and kept getting requests to reschedule. The system allowed Saturday deliveries so it wasn't until we got a phone call that we found out it wasn't possible. We then scheduled for a Monday. We received confirmation of the scheduled appointment, but no one showed. It took 5 calls and 7 representatives to figure out what happened and to reschedule it. When the delivery/set up folks arrived, one had his mask below his nose and had to be reminded to wear it properly. They said it was said up correctly and left. When we were able to test it, the belt made a horrible noise. This was before my husband's heart surgery. Now that we are home and he's recovering, I have a request for service from the manufacturer. I had to request it online because their phone system is horrible. Once I got through their maze of options, it disconnected. The request was put in yesterday with a response saying someone will get back to me shortly. Someday, I am sure, we will be happy with the purchase.

We love this treadmill! Well made, solid platform, and the iFit application makes every workout fun! Was delivered and set up on time. Can't think of any reason not to recommend this item.

I got this treadmill on sale at a great price. It works great. I only use it in manual mode. The only issue I had is that I needed to adjust the belt after install which was easy to do.

Squeaked every time I took a stride on it. Something did not seem right.

Broken out of the box … been waiting for over a month now for Pro Form to fix it. They have yet to send someone out and keep giving us the run around. Extraordinarily disappointed in a purchase this size to have yet to function as it should a month after purchase. It rand for 10 seconds and the belt pops off … it’s not aligned properly and belt just pops repeatedly.

I love the ifit classes. The treadmill was a little difficult to put together so I would recommend having best buy do it for you.

Constructed this treadmill and was ready to go. Immediately the incline moved by 2 % then locked up and went down to -3% and has stayed there every since. Calibration does nothing. You can click any incline and the motor makes a noise and does nothing. I call best buy to come pick up and replace with new one. While i wait for my replacement, the screen itself stops working completely. Flashes the iFit sign and does nothing. No matter how many times i restart or replug in. Either i got a lemon, or this treadmill in general is awful. Im starting to think i should cancel my replacement and get something more dependable.

Perfect for our family. Love the display. Best Buy had the best buy on this treadmill. Would recommend this purchase for anyone interested in a treadmill to purchase from Best Buy.

I got this treadmill brand new from best buy. it was working fine the first few days then on the 2nd week the touch screen started freezing up. So i did the reset and disconnected the unit and plugged back in. That seemed to have fixed it but then 2 days later the problem came back and this time you had to do it everytime you had to use it coz it freezes up everytime. Now i have a brand new piece of garbage sitting in my garage and it is not even a month old. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Easy assembly & works great. A bit difficult to get the programs to load, but we never use them anyway.

This treadmil is perfect. I love the workouts. You have someone guiding you and dont have to worry about what to to with the Ifit programs.

Customer service is great (Pro-form) but too bad the machine is not. Have had to get multiple parts shipped to me including the treadboard which is currently back ordered till the end of this month. Learned this today, a day after i could have returned this machine. Oh and i have to take apart and put the treadmill board on myself.

The person who came for the installation tripped with the equipment which broke the lower cap. While tripping they broke the gutter which luckily was replaced by the builder. They however tripped again and hit the wall. the paint of the new house is really ruined. The cleaning and patch with the magic eraser did leave a big patch. They did replace the item and second time around they did a good job, but the wall patch looks really bad.

They refuse to assemble my treadmill in a timely manner Delivered July 30th and will not assemble for 14 days Return window is only 15 days . They Delete 1 star reviews .

Poor build quality. impossible to get customer service from Proform. Started making loud squeaking noises within a month and issues with incline.
