I love this machine and the added bonus of the iFIT membership. I did not think I would like the training programs, but iFIT has motivated me to work out a minimum of twice per day. Highly recommended!

My husband really loves this treadmill. Loves the live classes! btw, it was medium ease to put together somewhat, does take two people but we did it.

I great Treadmill. Works well and am enjoying the free one year IFIT membership. I have been using it about a month with no issues so far. Not too complicated to assemble yourself.

Best Buy delivery guys are awesome! Pretty easy to assemble once they put it in desired area. I am 6’ 2” and 225lbs and it handles my size well so far for walking or running.

During the delivery the Geek Squad gauged my Hardwood flooring. I placed a claim and Best Buy never got back to us to make the repair

This is my 2nd attempt to post a review. My first attempt wasn't posted. I'll be watching to see if this is in fact posted. I bought the Pro 5000 with professional install. I used it 1 time and then the engine died. I called ProForm and they assured me that I'll get a technician call within 3-7 days. I got an automated email that the call was regiestered, when I followed up - they had no record of my original call. I tried to return the treadmill and the online order required me to uninstall and bring it back to the store myself. Long story short, I had to go back to the store and they thankfully agreed to a replacement in 4 weeks. I would not recommend this treadmill or company to anyone. I'll be utilizing it and posting another review once I get the new one. I hope it'll be a more positive experience.

Good treadmill but IFIT is a scam. Purchase included 12-months of IFIT membership free. Enter the code from the included membership card and your account updates to show as paid for 12 months. After entering the info, found that the card information had disappeared from my account and IFIT began billing again. IFIT customer service now saying they can't honor the offer because the 12-month membership wasn't listed on the receipt and I no longer had the card. Don't expect anything from IFIT if included with your purchase. False advertising. Unfortunate that IFIT is so unethical.

Proform 5000. I love the i-fit program on my treadmill. It sails me through my work-out with ease. The treadmill is very smooth and user friendly. I would recommend

Found a great treadmill at a great price at Best Buy in Johnstown. Delivery was free and the delivery personnel were very professional.

I like the treadmill even better than I expected to, because it works very well in conjunction with the iFit program.

Good size but motor makes noise when on incline. Made some noise on non incline but resolved itself. Like it so far.

I absolutely love this treadmill. I love the programs that come with the IFit. My running has definitely improved.

This treadmill has been great. Nice cushion while walking or running. IFIT integration is awesome.

We put this together in a few hours. You need two people! It’s built really well, and we have enjoyed it a ton! Def recommended

The Proform 5000 treadmill was delivered to our house around Sep 28 2021. The machine is working so far. However, the delivery team caused considerable damage to our wooden floors and stairs. We have sent the Delivery company, Sedgewick, multiple pictures of the damages. We have been pursuing the matter of damages with the delivery company since then. It is now mid Nov. 2021. It is very difficult to get that company to respond. They keep telling us that they are looking into it. NO RESPONSES to our claim so far. Extremely disappointed with them. We bought the product from Best Buy based on their credibility, and therefore Best Buy should show some responsibility in this matter and support their customers.

This is an awesome treadmill. It came with 1 year of iFit and not 1 month. I love the screen on this one.

I wished I had paid for assembly. We did it however, and it is amazing.

Great machine. Makes exercising a pleasure. Set up was done on time, with no effort on my part.

Does what it’s supposed to do. Unless u pay for membership you get just a regular treadmill. Screen wouldn’t load after only 2.5 months of owning it. Called manufacturer and they emplaned how to reset screen, now it’s back up and running.
