First off the delivery damaged my hardwood ($5000 worth), then I purchased the extended 3 year warranty only for machine not to be covered my Best Buy anymore so beware! Also you need to have 2.5G internet connection. Almost everyone has 5G so you have to be able to separate it in order to use the machine at all. All in all this has been a huge cluster abs a waste of money & time. 3.5 weeks and my machine still doesn’t work.

The 3-yr warranty you purchased for this machine is probably through us (the manufacturer) and not BestBuy. Have you reached out to us about this?
Where have you read about needing 2.5G for this equipment? This is not the case. You do need a wireless connection to enable the features on your console, including iFIT’s expansive library. This purchase comes with membership included for a limited time.
