My 10 year old daughter was the first to walk on and the belt was sticking to deck. Called ProForm.....they had me check some adjustments then said MOTOR IS BAD....so I called Best Buy who said they would be here today between 7am-10am its now 830pm no one showed up and I took off work. Called at 503pm and agent called dispatch. Told me to keep waiting truck was coming......I feel like I am on that show "YOU GOT PUNKED".,.......just incredible. I am a small business owner.

They sent me a new screen to wire myself. It would've been nice to have a wire diagram sent with the new screen. Plus, why are they having customers do their own service work for something that should work out of the box… Now it’s been less than 3 months and the belt is frayed beyond use. I sent a warranty claim early in the morning and It's been crickets since.

We offer the option to do your own repair to avoid waiting for the technician. While under your parts and labor warranty, you can request that labor be completed for you.

After spending 3 hours putting this together, the incline went up once and will not go down. I understand that products can be defective. What I don't understand is that I have called ProForm for 5 days straight (M-F) and they have only answered the phone ONCE, only to be transferred and have no one answer the phone again. I have tried chatting on their website and even emailing. NOTHING! At this point I have no choice but to return the product. I cannot fathom how a company of this size can have virtual NO Support. When I read reviews like the one that I am writing, I usually think the person must be doing something wrong, it can't be that bad. Welp, take your chances...

Assembly impossible

Im so disappointed because i have no idea how im going to return this.
