Came with a bad power supply and the exchange process has been a nightmare. Best Buy does not have a power supply to exchange so I might have to pack it all up for a return which is very inconvenient all for a power supply.

I bought this bike almost a month ago and have yet to get a full workout in. First it wouldn’t update. Then half way through my first ride a magnet flew off. Had to have the new part sent to me. Put the magnet on, now the resistance doesn’t work and when I’m not even on the bike it says I’m going 1000 miles. They just sent new parts and I have to have a technician come out. I had very high hopes for this bike, but it’s not looking good for me. Maybe I got a lemon. The screen is the only thing going for it. I can still use it to do workouts off the bike.

Although I believe that the bike is a great product, unfortunately it was delivered with no hardware or power supply and I was unable to assemble it. I am still excited to use it in any case.

Easy to assemble. i Fit subscription is good with many choices for a workout. Bike is solid while riding.

Great bike at first , but it didn’t last stopped working and I only used it a couple of times.

I purchased on 3/30/23, it delivered on 4/05th and it never powered on, the enclosed iFit membership card was expired. The dumbbells were discolored. One was all black and the other was only painted black on one side. The other side did not receive any black paint.

Very happy with the purchase so far. We really love the individual classes and especially the scenery rides with a trainer. iFit is a must add to really get the great training instruction and classes! Highly recommend for anyone!!!

I love this bike! The iFit membership is irreplaceable. It's such a fun program and the bike is so easy to assemble and use. I'm glad I made the purchase!

Bought it, used it a couple times. Not worth it, price keeps dropping because it's trash. Anything made from this company, stay away from. I wouldn't spend 500 bucks on this.

I absolutely love my new Pro-Form PROC22 Bike! It's quick and easy to assemble! The directions were on point. It says two people are needed but I was able to do it by myself. I decided to get a different seat because it has a thin although cushy seat on it already. I also got bike shorts to make it a smoother ride for myself. But after awhile you get used to it. For a seasoned rider it would be no big thing. I needed to get back in shape and I'm over the moon with my choice in equipment. The seat and handlebars are adjustable. It has a 22 inch digital HD touchscreen, compact solid frame, adjustable handlebars and 24 resistance levels. It also comes with 3 pound dumb bells. The sound is great and has volume buttons on the side. The screen is adjustable as well. It even comes with a year membership from iFIT! There are goals to earn shirts and magnets, etc. You can go right along with the fitness coaches or adjust for your comfort and still enjoy the ride. There are so many workouts to choose from. It comes with a limited warranty. I was given this item for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.

Absolutely love this bike! I love the iFIT program that comes with it. I actually look forward to biking every day!

The bike provides a good sweat even on a short ride

I have had my Proform Pro c22 bike for about two weeks now, and I'm obsessed! It came beautifully packaged. It was very well protected. It took me about 1.5 hours to put it together, but I did most of it myself. I probably could have done it a little quicker, if I had help. I didn't use the paper instructions, I downloaded the BILT app. In the app, you search for the make and model of your bike, and it will pull up step by step, 3d instructions, which you can stop, pause, rewind, change the angels, etc. It really made the set up so stress free. I find it so much easier to see the instructions, rather than reading them. I did have to wait for my husband to do the last few steps, like attaching the screen. Overall, it was a lot easier than I expected it to be. This stainless steel frame is HEAVY, and it feels like it's built to last. It also doesn't take up a ton of floor space, like other bikes that I've owned. It would be perfect for small spaces, if that is an issue for you. The screen is HUGE, and the picture comes out clear and crisp. The wheels on the bottom of the bike move smoothly. I have moved it from the bedroom to the living room, by myself, pretty effortlessly. While riding the bike, it's completely silent. I paired my bluetooth headphones with it, and can get a workout in, without disturbing my family while they watch tv... or sleep, right beside me. The two included 3 lb weights sit behind the seat and are easily reachable. This bike also has 24 resistance levels that adjust for you automatically. That's a huge plus for me, because I'm not constantly reaching down to manually adjust the resistance, during a workout. Its pretty cool that you get a whole year, family membership to the IFIT app. That's an almost $400 value! The app has so many fun things you can do on your bike. You can take the classes, or go on an instructor led trail ride. The scenery in some of these trail rides is so beautiful, it feels like you're really there. You can also create your own route- which has been really fun for me. The first one I made, was through the town I grew up in. I rode past my old house, down mainstreet, past my old school and favorite places. So awesome! I really enjoy creating routes through places that have been special to me. That's such a cool feature! They're always adding new content and classes, so you'll never get bored. You can also download the app onto your phone or tablet and take your workouts anywhere with you! You can practice your yoga, do warmups or stretching, strength training and even HIIT workouts. My kids are home for the summer, and I've been taking my tablet out onto the back porch , while they play outside & attempting to learn some yoga. It's really been a great experience so far, and I would recommend this bike to anyone! I was given this product for a reduced price, in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion

We have had trouble with this bike since the first day we got it. First it wouldn’t allow any app updates so we couldn’t start any of the workouts. After we fixed that the screen has gone black. We’ve talked to the customer service team so many times. They have sent a bunch of replacement parts etc. Nothing has worked, and you can’t even manually work out if the screen is not working. All the resistance settings are controlled through the screen. Huge waste of money. Maybe pro form will fix it one day.

This bike is being returned. Resistance never worked upon delivery. We called Proform warranty and they tried to help, sent replacement parts, still doesnt work. They now are sending wiring, but now im getting too close to my 30 day return and why should I have to do all this fixing on a brand new bike that I paid over $1000 for. It should work at inital set up. Even if the parts they sent me had worked, id be worrried at how long itd last if i had problems upon opening the box… Im so disappointed because I wanted to love this bike.
