I don't know if this bike is any good or not. I never received it. They sent me a grey Pro c22??? I tried finding out if the c22 was the old version. I called Proform and chatted online with them. Both said they were similar but had no info on the c22... even though they make it. Anyway, after a bunch of calls to Best Buy I received an email out of nowhere for an exchange. They were sending me another Pro c22. I don't want this old/cheap version I want what I purchased. The Studio Pro 22- black. I will just send it back and buy somewhere else. I always loved Best Buy but this has made me think twice about giving them my business.

The bike looks great. Good picture quality and sound. However, the resistance doesn’t work. Tech member came out to fix it but couldn’t. Apparently this is common.

I was never able to connect to wifi also customer service is horrible. I’m stuck with a bike that I can’t use online

Bike did not work. I had to call support to send me new wire connectors and had to wire it myself with the new ones. It works now, but for as much as you pay for it, should work out of the box the first time.

I recently got back into road biking and wanted a bike I could use when weather is poor and during winter. After researching, I chose the ProForm Pro C22 bike. This bike is completely adjustable; the handlebars move up/down and front/back and the seat moves the same way. It took my husband about 30 minutes to set up and 5 minutes to get it set for me to ride. The pedals can be switched out with clipless pedals like on a real bike so I will be doing that soon. This came with a free 1 year membership to iFit which was awesome! I've had this a few weeks and am very happy with my purchase. There are spin workouts and workouts where it seems like you're actually riding outside. I prefer those. I do wear padded shorts and have noticed no pain while riding. The saddle is actually comfortable and I know I have a proper bike fit. The handlebars allow for different hand positions and the screen is huge! The picture is clear, sound is good and it is positioned so I can feel like I"m actually riding outside. I've actually used this bike the last two times I rode over actually riding outside. If you want to get a bike to use inside and enjoy riding, this bike is the one you want. I received this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased position.

Generally not a fan of bikes - family wanted it - I got a ProForm Treadmill for me which is awesome. Anyway, was expecting not to like this bike - but wow - did it change my view - it was easy to assemble with some of my tools added. It is very solid and inviting - the wheel rolls nicely and when resistance is applied through the iFIT app - it is hardly noticeable - very smooth. The seat is very comfortable and that is normally what I don't like about bikes - it is really nice!! The 22" screen is great - can be turned around to do Yoga and weights on a floor mats. The topper is the iFIT program - so much content - currently I'm biking through the National Parks - yesterday in the Sequoia National Park and today in Yosemite - it has 60 more sessions - not sure where to next but know it will be good/quality -- you can only give 5 stars but the bike and programming deserve 100!! Good job - love this bike and treadmill from ProForm

First off this bike took under an hour to assemble and that was by myself! The instruction booklet was easy to read and has step by step instructions with pictures. Its a gorgeous bike with an amazing 22 inch screen and can easily tilt to move, hence it has wheels on one side. It does not have any issues staying in place though. It comes with caged pedals but are easily replaceable if you wanted clip ones. It comes with a free 1 year ifit membership. The training videos are absolutely captivating in all areas of fitness and the large screen on this bike makes you not want to get off! The adjustable seat and handlebars along with the ifit membership for up to 5 people in your household makes this a win win. It is a very quiet bike as well and allows you to work out while others are sleeping with no issue. The weight limit states at 250-that is my weight and i do nut budge this machine at all! It also came with a nice set of bonus weights!

I have a love/hate relationship with exercise equipment. In the past year, I decided to transition to more of an at home workout. This bike is amazing. I don’t even know where to start. First of all, it was fairly easy to assemble. It also gives you ways to contact certified assemblers if you’re not comfortable doing it yourself. We started working out the first night it was assembled. We love the free iFit membership that comes with the bike. The screen is huge and really takes you to the places on the screen. Another added benefit is that it’s such a smooth ride. My husband and I have a foot difference in height and we’re both able to use the bike comfortably. It comes with 3 lb weights so we’ve liked being able to incorporate those into our workouts and doing a little weight workout on top of the bike itself. We are more than pleased! I was given a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.

So let's be real, I'm plus sized, over 40 and a beginner at the being an intentional exerciser. This bike has made things a whole lot less scary. The bike doesn't creak or grown even when nearly 300 pounds is standing and pedaling. The seat that came with the bike only took a few sessions to get used to. I was concerned it would be too tiny for my.... The one year ifit membership has been awesome to be able to figure out how to use the bike. We also really like that me, my husband, and my teens can all benefit at our unique levels with one piece of equipment. The huge touch screen pivots around so that when doing a video with stretches in it you can actually see the screen. And the weights that came with it might be only 3 pounds, but wowza they get the job done. You don't need special shoes to adequately use this bike.

I love the ifit it is very user friendly and has so many options for workout this really makes my time on My bike the seat is a little uncomfortable so I ordered another one and it makes the bike perfect
