One of the best pieces of exercise equipment I’ve ever owned. Right up until it broke after 8 months. The axel broke away from the drive pulley. 5 weeks later the service company completed the repair. 6 weeks after the repair, the machine is making banging noises each downstroke of the pedal or pull on the handles. Have requested a warranty replacement and currently waiting on ProForm’s follow up / decision. When this thing is working it’s amazing, however, it’s reliability and quality leave much to be desired.

I have never been so disappointed in a purchase. I work in healthcare and need a way to get some relief during these challenging times. The machine has been nothing but a piece of junk. One of the bands snapped about a week into owning it and the machine makes an awful squeaking noise. The foot pedals inside the machine are loose and is just a complete piece of junk. Am waiting on a repair but has been a headache dealing with Best Buy and the manufacturer. Have gotten nowhere!

Seems very well built and sturdy, I would recommend this.

Functions as advertised. The whole family uses it. Provides a descent aerobic workout when your stuck indoors. The assembly was a little bit of a hassle. Two people are required. It was difficult to thread the heart rate and console wires through the assembly brackets because the connectors were so large compared to the opening.

Was surprised to find available during the pandemic. Excellent choice for a space limited area. IFit (the operating system more or less) is annoying, but the machine itself works well and does the job nicely

Only had this a few weeks and have used the heck out of it. Had an old stair climber that took up way too much room and was getting old. Figured I'd try this one for the wife and I and we have not been let down by it. My wife does general workouts on these while I use this both pre & post runs to better train my legs and cardio for hilly runs. Adding in stair climbing to my running has not increased my pace but sure has helped me not slow down when running up hills. I like the quad and glute engagement better on this than a traditional stair climber. Hopefully this will translate to the same or better results than our traditional climber. Time will tell.

I love it, exactly what I needed. I love the trainers, and the variety of workouts you get.

This elliptical machine is awesome!! Great size for smaller rooms. Great HIIT workouts. Large screen for viewing. We really like our ProForm H-14

Absolutely love this machine. And the free one year membership was awesome so many work outs to choose from. I look forward to working out everyday now

From day one, we've not been able to get the screen to power down. The screen stays on with a screensaver of landscapes always on. The screen never powers down or at least fades to black. Many people put these trainers in their bedrooms. Wow wants see that light all night long? That's certainly not good for anyone's health and fitness! It took nearly a year to get customer service to respond, only because they wanted us to extend our warranty. Tech support said, the machine is designed so the screen never turns off. Yet a reply from ProForm to another review specifically states that screen is designed to power down. Which is the truth? Nothing has been resolved.

I did a lot of research before buying this product. I wanted a stairmill but I do not have the ceiling space to accommodate. This machine is like a stair climber and elliptical mix. Gets a great cardio workout with numerous options of workouts to choose from. I have had this machine for a few weeks and I love the cardio/leg/glute workout I get after each use. Pro form is great because it comes with a free year of iFit. Will be expensive to renew once the year is done, but so is a gym membership.

Love this machine!!!! Mix between elliptical and stairmaster plus inactive workout options, couldn’t ask for more.

Love this machine. It’s perfect for my small space. I haven’t had any issues.

Bought this equipment very excited to use it for short interval training to get back into aerobic shape. Assembly was challenging but worked out in the end, just now dealing with a very loud squeak in the left pedal which I am working on solutions for. Biggest 2 issues with this equipment is 1) that big screen only shows iFit stuff, so no Netflix or Hulu or whatever while working out on it, and 2) iFit/machine are useless as there are absolutely NO workouts related to the machine. ICON fitness itself seems to not put any worth to this machine. I am still debating on a return, will be trying it out for another few weeks before sending it back. EXTREME disappointment!

Excellent product! We use it from the first day. Easy to ensemble. The guided training is awesome !

This eliptical is just perfect. It does not take up much space. It is very quiet and the virtual workouts are very cool! I had an issue with the fan not working very well and being very noisy. I called customer service and it was resolved. Overall I am extremely satisfied with my purchase!

Works as advertised. Great workouts if combined with the iFit.

Works great. Easy to use. I was able to assemble in a a couple of hours by myself.

Really intense work out. Love the convenience of being at home.
