    I bought this in 2018 . Worked until March 2020 . It is durable and doesn’t loose its elasticity . Only for upper body workout . Too short for leg and glutes workout .

    These bands are way too thin .They curl up as you move. Sooo aggravating . I have used much better resistance bands. This company produces some good equipment but they flopped on this one!

    Great quality and durable. Used to help strengthen and injured knee and cane in quite handy. Like the different levels.

    If you plan to use them on your thighs, this isn't it! They're great for your hands and feet but they roll up on your legs.
