    I read the reviews before I took the risk of buying this treadmill, so I knew that the holes wouldn't fit the screws and would have to be drilled out. I'm not upset about that. If I set my tablet on the provided shelf to watch a program while I'm on the treadmill, it makes the treadmill cut off. I've tried everything but sending smoke signals to contact the manufacturer, and they've ignored me. They are evidently a horribly run company. Don't walk, run, from this treadmill. I'll be canceling my credit card payment.

    Now that I was able to get registered and the treadmill working I am very happy. The people on the phone at ProForm was very helpful. This replaces a ProForm I had for years. Since this a Smart Treadmill iFit there were problems getting it started past many HELLOS

    This treadmill has great basic options and an opportunity to subscribe to broader exercise plans. I prefer to set my own pace and find this perfect for that. Of course, the Best Buy people delivered it and put it together for me.

    Never had one so this is my first treadmill. Really happy with it. Haven’t stopped using it since day one. Would recommend it with a heart beat.

    I ordered this treadmill to walk while pregnant (37 weeks gestation) and it’s been wonderful. Haven’t had any issues with it.

    Good treadmill, but the arm stands are super short. I’m actually lucky because I am short myself but if my husband wanted to use this treadmill he would be uncomfortable

    Works nice. Total pain in the butt to put together! The directions are terrible! Need two people to assemble. Not very quiet when walking on it.

    This was delivered to me and after running for 8 minutes on it, the machine stopped and never turned on. I'm waiting to get a replacement.

    1. Issues with assembling it because the tool and the screws are poor quality 2. IIFit warning is nonsense. I am sure most people purchase home equipment because they don’t want to join anything. Thank goodness for YouTube.
