I love this baby monitor, it gives me a piece of mind when I am watching my grand twins.

Unfortunately, we returned ours because the antenna cover was broken out the box. We exchanged it couple times but each box we opened had a piece broken. NOTE, it did not hinder the products ability to function and we tested the camera system before returning it. We really liked how it worked.

We originally had a vtech but the monitor part it didn't stay charged while not on the charger anymore, so we decided to try a different brand. Bad decision...the sound isn't loud and the picture isn't as clear as the vtech. I'm going back to purchase a vtech brand again and give this one away.

Picture quality is good and connections are easy to make. A breeze to set up.

I would give it no stars if I could. I really wanted to love it but ended up VERY devastated instead. We got this while I was pregnant and when I first tested it, it seemed fine at first but than after really using it I realized more little things was off. The buttons are hard to push at times. The night vision it claims it has is HORRIBLE. I can’t see my kids at all, the only way I can is to have it right beside their faces, and it dies really fast so i’m constantly having to charge it. Sadly it’s not worth the price, the only thing nice about it is the presentation. Because I had it too long I wasn’t able to return is so this thing was just a waste of money for me.

I love this monitor. The cameras are good quality and the features are perfect.

Bought this for my daughter - she loves the fact that it is not on a network - no one can tap in and see baby! Gives her a great peace of mind for this - she will be able to keep an eye on her little and be assured that no one else can.

Bought to help keep track of children on the other end of the house at night (medical issue). Says was supposed to have spilt screen but does not. Sucks up a lot of WiFi bandwidth. Great with the one camera not so much for the two and now 30 days later starting to have connection problems and power issues.

The cable to plug in the monitor needs to be at a certain angle to charge. It will last the whole night and well into the morning on the charge. It’s just difficult to start the charging process.

We like we can monitor the space but the temp sensor is slightly off. And we ha e to manually move the camera head instead of it having pan and tilt so always havev to go in his room when he moves to a spot that is outside of the view

Great if you want just two cameras, but the cables are cheaply made and the temperature guide is always wrong. I had her room at 70 and the camera alerted me it was 90 degrees. I did like the baby monitor and how easy it is to use.

Night vision on camera per manual adjusts automatically, very poor, all you can see is the glow of their eyes. Another issue is the music plays both from cameras and monitor, so, you're hearing the music play on both ends which makes it difficult to hear baby sounds coming from room.

Looking forward to being able to admire the grand baby without going into her room and waking her up.
