I wouldn’t give this product 1 star if that was an option. First of all, to even get the camera connected to WiFi it took two hours after trying everything I could think of and following all instructions over and over again. I’m still not even sure how I got it to finally connect when it did. Now every single night I make sure that the camera and app are open on my phone and volume is turned all the way up, I’ve waken up so many times to either the app being closed out OR the app is still open and the sound isn’t coming through! This is totally unacceptable especially for that amount of money. My WiFi connection is always great and there are no issues with my phone (nor do I let my phone die) so obviously there are just a lot of problems within the app. I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app, and deleted the camera and added it back on there (which was a horrible decision as that also took two hours again) and it is still doing the same exact things. I would never recommend this camera to anyone and regret buying this product. Good luck to anyone who still decides to purchase this junk.

Great product! The image is clear and the sound is A+

This monitor is great! You can check on your LO anytime as long as you have the app. Quality is clear, we have only had a few issues with the screen freezing. Just have to restart the app and its good to go.

I got this as a gift for a friend, and they love it. They love the fact that they can watch from their cell phones, and that the picture is very clear.

I've had summer wireless that didn't perform half as good and clear as this cam you can login for anywhere and see your little one that's a huge plus for us

We foster kittens & cats for the Oregon Humane Society and we found this is a great device to monitor them. Since low light can be a problem for some cameras, we wanted to make sure this model worked. And it works great in bright to very low light.

Its amazing all the things it will do. Pan-tilt-zoom is great. Temperature, Sound, Music, Friends can view if i give them access.

The camera was easy to setup and we haven't had any issues with it at all. The night vision on it is very clear.

Bought this for my sister and her new baby and she loves it! So good to have an extra set of eyes on the baby

When My grand baby is sleeping I can close the door and still see her sleep so sweet. It's great!

We bought this so we could watch our dogs when we aren't home. One of our puppies is a chewer and likes to eat everything he chews up. This is great because you can move it around to see them as they're running around and you can also tell them to stop, which is great when he's being mischevious. Would highly recommend this if your looking for a monitor that has WIFI connectivity/viewing, this is a great choice

Great baby monitor. My only complaint is the setup could be better. Still a 5 star product.

If i was you which I know I’m not I would choose more of a traditional monitor. That comes with a receiver instead of using your phone so you have a constant stream of you child.

The camera works great, but the app is the worst. If they could add a feature to stay logged in, I would have kept the monitor. I returned mine the day after I bought it.

Great monitor for the price. Can be seen on phone, table and/or computer. Wish it had a better speaker for both monitoring and speaking.
