Great setup and install. Very patient. Walked us through the settings and helped to plan out the 150" screen.

Geek squad did a decent job mounting my projector. The techs onsite (4 at the time of install) had questions if my mount would fit my projector (JVC 4K e-Shift DLA X550R) even though it clearly said on the mount box it was a universal mount. On the first attempt to mount they had issues and said it would not fit the projector. They ended up calling another tech and he walked them thru how to mount it correctly on the second attempt. Overall after finishing the mounting it turned out ok. Looks good in my media room.

They r top notch.They guided me where to setup speakers. And installed perfectly.

They did a great job in mounting the screen and set up. The only thing I didn’t like was that they took 4 hours for the setup. I would have liked to be informed on how long it took to set up when I made the appointment since I had to rescheduled an appointment…other than that they did a great job

I had booked another local installer via Amazon which was cheaper. Of course they did not show up, but they also strung me along all day saying they were on their way. They never showed up, so I called geek squad who showed as promised and they did an excellent job and were very professional.

Friendly, expert and went beyond the pale by providing additional service for my audio system.

Team of 2 members came to house andcthey installed the dryer correctly. Aldo they shown us how to use the options in dryer.

Will not give a review except to say absolutely dissatisfied with this service schedule multiple appointments said at all day because of the 12 hour window. Your tech never showed either time. No one bothered to call either time. Made third appointment at point got my money back and decided to go elsewhere.

Neat, clean, professional installation. Job completed in one trip and crew cleaned up before they left.

The installers were careful to solidly mount the projector to an overhead beam through the drywall and made it look easy. They also stuck around to calibrate the projection with the screen and test it along with the receiver and speaker system. And they were friendly guys on top of it all, one of my best experiences having work done in my house.

Had to be patient. Had an issue with screen installation, but was fixed after raising another service request. Initially Screen also came defective, got it replaced and installed in subsequent visit by geek squad agent.

Great professional and recommended how to install the projector with the cables hidden although I paid extra. Great Job!
