I hardly use my OEM remotes anymore since having a Pronto remote. Everyone has their smartphone with them at all times so it's a huge benefit to using smartphone as remote via Pronto. Very responsive and the app is well laid out. I bought two for myself and bought 4 more for gifts.

This is the 3rd unit I own and it works flawlessly. I can use my smartphone to control all my electronic devices that are in the room. I have 1 in 2 other rooms and love love the fact that I do not need to be searching for all the remote controls all over the room.

The Pronto worked for 1 day. It was great everything just connected and worked great for 1 day. The next day I came home from work and Pronto would not connect to my wifi. I tried resetting the Pronto and it just not would connect. I had to return it.

This thing is awesome. I had tried Harmony remotes and they worked on most things but not all. This device does and it works great.

My son is very satisfied with the product. Very convenient and less clutter with all his remotes sitting out on his table.

Lucky me... Got it on 50% discount deal and boy..!!! This is amazing... Don't believe those 1 star reviews... U gotta try to believe 'em... Peel app is the best designed UI, beats my twc app... Yes I am a fanboy here... This little device controlling my Samsung TV, Motorola box, Sony bluray nice n easy.. Only issue i hav is wit my Bose Soundbar n support team told me it will come in a month or so...never seen any 1 responding to my report so fast.. Kudos guys... Also this is fraction of a price of other universal remotes in the market... I will buy another for my basement man cave... Go Ravens...

I love the app I put on my phone the app on my phone told me to buy this device so that my Android devices would work the way Apple devices work with the app butt Pronto pell works like **** with Android because Apple tries to keep their Bluetooth slightly different than everybody else's gotta make that money Apple it would be a great device I love the TV guide and stuff but it's only good for Apple people you would think they would help Android people as there's a whole lot of us that would find this a wonderful device if it would work for us

Was not able to get the item to work with any of my equipment. It's a good idea but needs improvement.

Bought it last evening and I am amazed with so many different devices it could control. Actually I love the part to edit and learn codes for extra buttons on my TV remote.Hiding this little device inside a cabinet was not a problem as they gave an extender with it. Love it and keep going guys, your app looks the best when i watch tv...

I thought it was a lame idea to own this kind of device but it works out perfectly fine with me! I live in a 2-story house with 2 kids and usually they leave the TV running when they go upstairs to get ready to sleep. I don't have to go downstairs anymore coz I can just either use my iPhone or iPad to turn off the TV,cable and AVR upstairs! It connects through Bluetooth and sends Infrared signals to my devices at home even my Apple TV to turn those on/off, change channels or volume and all the features of individual remote controls!

This product is super easy to set up and use. I have the following: Dish hopper Sharp 4k led Harman Kardon avr7550hd receiver This product is easy to set up. Pair it to the ipad (used it with my android tablet too even though it doesn't say on the box it works with android) Battery life stays fine IF you turn off Bluetooth on your ipad or whatever is paired to this , it will auto shut off. I use rechargeable batteries I bought on amazon and haven't had to charge them since I bought it back in September. This is great especially when the wife "loses" the remote. Nothing wrong for me, 5 stars

I wasn't sure if this would suit my needs, but it has worked with all of my devices. It allows you to do so much…I was hesitant because I wasn't sure that I'd be able to switch Inputs on my TV, but, luckily, it all just works. Set up was so simple, and everything is working great. I can even turn the TV down from the bedroom when others have it too loud in the living room! Plus, four batteries to keep track of…instead of every remote with all their batteries! Who even buys batteries anymore? I never have them on hand. Great device…I've already recommended it to family and friends!

I got this product since I was looking for a Universal Remote Out there, and this seemed like a good option. Pairing the PRONTO with the iOS app, was so easy and simple. The iOS App is itself so simple, smooth & user-friendly, that I like it overall. Though, I was able to pair this to more than one iOS Device, You could actually Pair & Use Only 1 Device at a time. To Use another Device, you would have to reset the PRONTO, and then use the second device. I have a Variety of products, including a smart TV, Audio Receiver among others with literally all sort of cables going all round. This is a good Product for someone, who wouldn't want to go with the Old-Fashioned Remote with those hard buttons on it.

I gotta admit. I'm a luddite. I'm very rarely an early adopter of new technologies because I don't like the learning curve. But I wanted to try something new for once. You know, expand my horizons and see if I could hunt out a new product before any of my friends had it so I had something to add as they go on and on about their Apple watches or whatever. I saw a billboard for an app off the freeway and decided to check it out. They offer a smart remote to control your TV through your phone. Well, my stupid remote that came with my cable subscription changes the channel when I raise the volume and always takes me to a channel that isn't in English when I turn off and on the TV. So I need a new remote. Here's my chance to try something new. I buy this thing on BestBuy.com. The Pronto Smart Remote comes in the mail in a few days. What arrives isn't really the remote. It's a sensor that connects to the Bluetooth on your phone and then transmits that signal to your devices. There are very clear instructions (yay). Put in batteries. Easy enough. I download the iPhone app that accompanies the hardware, select my tv type, my cable provider, and I'm done. I can change the volume and WOW, the volume doesn't change. Money well spent. So now that I've played around with this thing for a while, I'll say the biggest thing I find it handy for is browsing what's coming on TV while still not interrupting the show I'm watching. I can scroll through the channel guide on the app and choose what I want to watch next. I have also set favorites that I can quickly flip between. Now... I THINK I might be able to do these things with my current cable remote, but I can't figure it out. So, for those who have a thick skull when it comes to remotes, this one is pretty darn easy. Believe me. I like that it tells me which shows are popular. Again, I seem to not be an early adopter for anything so I never have anything to contribute to conversations because everyone else is watching a new show and I'm still watching old Law & Order reruns. Now I can see what people on Twitter are talking about and switch to that so I don't miss out. My only complaint is that this thing uses Bluetooth, which I prefer to never use because it drains my battery, but this doesn't seem to drain too bad since I've been using it. Overall, good product if your remote is terrible or if you don't want to interrupt your husband's basketball game but you want to know what time the next episode of The Bachelorette is on and what the episode is about.

The app needs a little work, but otherwise the best remote I have ever owned..alot of folks don't know though you do not need the pronto to use the app as it will hook up to your stuff via WIFI, Like Dishnet rEceiver, Roku etc..however if you have an older LCD TV with no wifi then you cannot use it, you need the pronto, but by having both my wife and i can both operate the same devices she's on the WIFI Connection and I'm on the pronto, since the app currently allows only one bluetooth connection..

Came across Pronto from a friend recommendation and decided to give it try. Very happy with experience so far. I can control all my A/V stuff with Pronto and iPhone. Great for when I can't find the plastic remotes. Also starting to read up on shows and TV guide on the iPhone app. Easy to setup for my Sony TV, Comcast box, and Onkyo audio system Overall great product for the family room

I got this so I wouldn't have to keep all 57 remotes near me when I want to switch from one platform to another. Now I just need my phone, turn the Bluetooth on, and I can switch from watching Dish to my Roku, blu ray player, Chromecast, and even turn on my soundbar all from my phone. It's wonderful to not have to keep all those remotes nearby anymore.
