Cool everything except controlling it

I probably got one lemon, so I wouls still give it a chance. I returned it because it was frustrating not to get it to respond correctly to the controller. Presentation of the product is great!

Really squashed the thrill & excitement of it. One simple thing & yet it comes broken. Go figure? Hopefully Best Buy returns this seamlessly without any trouble. What a bummer...
