I have two of these and I couldn't be more pleased.

the device itself has great potential, but it quickly stopped working correctly. one of the 4 motors/propellers is no longer working, and the customer service is absolutely terrible. Trying to get my money back or a replacement and have been put on hold for more than hours at a time. to date the customer service has inly sent me lists of things to try and fix it, none of which have worked.

The packaging is outstanding! opening the box is more fun than actually using the drone. The box has lights and sounds and adapts to light and changes music. Its a treat. The drone is less impressive. its very tiny, losses fan blades that are also tiny, it doesnt have any functions besides flying. (No camera) If a tiny, useless TIE fighter is what your into.... this is your item.

We have the X-Wing version, which flies well. This version kept flipping over onto it's back and crashing. We returned it.

Plain and simple this quadrocoptor sucks. Don't waste your money.

Nice to look at but to heavy o fly trying to get it to fly them it will be great

I own all 3 and this one is the hardest to fly indoors. It is not as easy to control as the X Wing or Trooper Speeder. The trooper speeder and X Wing fly much better and have 3 batteries as opposed to only two with this one. Still fun but the other two are easier to fly and control.

I own all three of the Star Wars drones and have tested them. I have not encountered any issues. I did notice the Tie Fighter has a tendency to drift to the right when hovering, however, it's not that difficult to compensate with minor adjustment on the left stick. From reading other reviews, it appears some individuals have had some difficulty flying, however, this could stem from not installing the props correctly. To obtain the best experience, I would definitely recommend reading the manual first.

Like others, drone would initially fly straight without control until I realized I had the blades installed wrong. Reinstalled correctly and have full control. Kids love it!

I have the x wing version of this drone, bought this one so my wife and i could go have something to do. The advanced tie x version worked for a whopping 5 minutes before the left two motors completely died. They sell the motors on their website for relatively cheap, but i should not have to be force to order replacement motors after 5 minutes of play time. Not sure if its only this model that is affected by this issue, but I've heard from several people that this model is the most difficult to fly. Which is due to its poor aerodynamics. As cool as this model looks we will be returning it for the storm trooper speeder model.

My wife got me the drone for Christmas and opening it was an epic experience! It is a bit hard to handle at first but am starting to get it. I plan on buying another one for my son so we can have battles against each other! I also recommended this to a friend as she was trying to think of a gift for her husband who likes Star Wars. She bought it and he of course loved it! Amazing gift for Star Wars fans!

I had this drone on pre ordered and waited months for it and the release date kept getting moved forward. I finally got it and it was broken right out of the box. The drone takes off and flies forward full speed without even touching the transmitter. No matter what you do the second the drone gets in the air it flies forward full speed and crashes " even in training mode"... and its not because i dont know how to fly... i have over 10 drones and fly almost every day. Im very sad and upset.. the drone is beautiful and the box is amazing.. but I expected the drone to work... especially after waiting for so long and not to mention the 250 price tag.
