One of the bars connecting a motor came broken which causes it to push that way which on the landing caused part of the landing gear on the one next to that one to break. The controller disconnects sometimes and causes it to fall from the sky. Now I need to try to return or exchange this one

Today my wife and I went in to best buy and purchased this product. My 11 year old has been flying it all night and it performs well . I should know as I fly a expensive bigger 450 size quad ,camera platform with gimbal and a mid range 250 quad both with GPS and this little quad is just as stable in flight as long as before first flight you calibrate the gyro by pushing the sticks meaning both to right bottom corners as same time after binding radio to copter and hold till the front lights quit flashing and there will be no problems. Not recommending it for flights in any sort of wind but it sure has been a blast flying inside.

This quad is very fast and good for indoor or outdoor fun. Controls take a little while to got if you're only used to regular heli controlls. The only down side is the battery life is kinda short and it takes quite a while to recharge.

Very fun to fly! Easy controls and has good range. Only Con would be battery life/flight time. You get about 6 to 8 mins on a full charge.

The helicopter flies great. We had no problems with the helicopter. It was easy for my eleven year old to operate. I would recommend it to anyone.

This thing is super fast and runs great inside or out. The only problem is the battery doesn't last long and it takes forever to charge.

I bought this because it had the quad copter and the control unit together and I was hoping it would be easy to fly. I soon found out I need a whole lot more open space than I thought I would. Have not been able to quite figure out the stability and the controls are way too sensitive so slight movements make large changes in flight.

The battery did not want to remain seated. Other than that, nifty little contraption.

This drone was easy to fly and fun but no camera. Also, I had to exchange this drone two times. The first time was due to the drone no longer flying with no damage to the propellers and then the second time was when remote control heated up the batteries to a point where they busted and leaked. These two instances made me not go for a third exchange. Overall, I lost trust in this brand.

Hard to maneuver but lots of fun. Battery only last 8 minutes per charge.

The Protocol Manta 4-Channel R/C Quad-Copter is a very fun and solid aircraft, however it's design calls for a zero wind environment. I have much experience with R/C's, ground and air, but it was impossible to operate in 1+MPH winds. I used an anemometer (Wind speed calculation device) to verify the actual speed. I took the Quad-Copter to a local community Gymnasium and it was an absolute BLAST to fly indoors where you have room for speed and flips. I was VERY pleased to see it had a USB port charging feature available so it was simple to charge in the car on the way to the flight area. Simple to learn on, but still a LOT of fun for the experienced flyer!

We got this for our 9 yr old son. He enjoys it very much. The only negative thing I can say about it is the battery life. Does not last long and if you keep it plugged in after its charged, it actually looses battery time.

Purchased the quad copter with the intent of crashing a lot. This RC has met the challenges of crashing and continuing to fly. Would rate at 5 stars if the battery charge was greater than 8 minutes of flight time.

My boyfriend and I bought these to learn on, and they are great for the money. Battery life is limited to about 5 minutes, but they are pretty easy to use.

I purchased this plane as a Christmas gift for my nephew and was surprised how simple it was to operate. He was able to easily. master flying this plane with smooth take offs and landings.

I want to get a big quad copter later on. This little beauty is a fantastic model to learn on. No issues so far, well maybe some user error.

i like it and fun to fly and my 2 1/2 year old grandson thinks it's the coolest thing ever.the only thing I wished was better,is that the flying time would be longer

I loved this drone, I let my grandson's play with it over the holidays and they wanted one also. Easy to fly and the tricks were easy for my grandsons to do.

it's easy to fly and i like the plastic rings around the propelwrs that protect them

This thing is pretty fun to play with but the battery doesn't last long. It's tough to control at first but you get better with practice.
