Super fast delivery of good, pricey product

It is awkward to install as it is at the bottom front of the refrig and I must lay down on the floor to access it. It is also a bit pricey. None of the above are controlled by Best Buy. What they do control is their on-line purchase process and delivery, both of which were great!
