Very uncomfortable!! Extra large. Doesnt fit well on the face at all! Heavy on the face.

My box came open. Im going to exchage it. Disapointed

I have sensitive, combination, acne prone skin. I have tried everything (EVERYTHING) to combat acne in my 30s and this mask has been everything. I use it every day (typically red and then green but sometimes yellow or the one the changes colors every few seconds) and my skin is not only clear, my pores are smaller, skintone more even, my finelines are basically gone, its like witchcraft lol. I am obsessed with this mask. And if this sounds anecdotal, i stopped using it for about a week and a half (life got a little crazy) and i staryed breaking out and could see an insane difference. I started incoridaily again and wuickly got back to perfect skin. I will NEVER go without this mask in my routine again. Side note, yes the mask is slightly big and is not bendable but instructions do aay to use it laying down or in a rested position. There is a strap to help keep it in place on your face/head. It says not to but i easily scroll through my phone or read my book with the light on.

like it. heat is relaxing to facial muscles. The mask has a number of features that are healthy and healing and rejuvenating to the skin.

Arrived defective. Control panel did not work. Contacted the manufacturer for a replacement control panel. They said my only option was to return it to Best Buy for a replacement or refund. This is definitely a contradiction of the two year warranty they claim to have. Consequently, returned to Best Buy and bought a different mask from another source though at a higher price point.

This mask is one of my favorite self care purchases. Seeing improvement in fine lines is an ego booster

Very easy to use, slightly uncomfortable. I have to hold it in place for comfort.

his thing is so big,, I can't imagine it fits a normal size face. The nose e hole sits over my mouth,huge mouth hole sits over chin

The product works as described.The mask is well built and doesn't seem cheap. Easy to navigate. Too early to tell the difference in skin. I will update my experience after few months.

The mask is fairly light and comfortable to wear. The controls are simple to use, and I like that there is a timer. I havent used this long enough to know how well its going to work for me, but I do find it soothing. This mask offers the frequency, power, and settings options you would find in much higher priced ones. I would recommend this mask.

Excellent product! Just what i was looking for at a great price

Easy to set up, works great and so comfortable while using. Long cord makes it easy to relax while using, with simple controls. Feels like you're at the spa, while you're in the comfort of your own home.

I love the multicolored feature for different skin conditions.
