Very poor design. The steam comes out of a narrow hole so it does not cover face. And it’s facing straight as opposed to up and out. So you have to bend your entire body just to feel the steam from a steamer. There are several facial steamers that are functional and less expensive. This thing sucks. Very little capabilities. Water reservoir very small. Incapable of withstanding multiple steams without refilling.

I’ve used this brand of steamer for several years. The first one lasted me about two years and the water started leaking. This one, I’ve owned for over a year and it’s still going strong. I don’t see this was getting damaged because it’s built differently. I always use distilled water to make sure there are no calcium deposits. I highly recommend steaming your face to help keep your face smooth and clean.

Don’t buy! Bought this for my daughter since she loves doing skin care and she got to use this 2x only the first time she used she emptied completely second time she went to run it smelled a horrible old smell we opened the top and was full of moldy film from that comes from the bottom that you can’t get to at all to clean or dry it and looks like rusting metal it’s so gross I threw it away. Don’t waste your money

My wife absolutely loves this facial steamer! It doesn’t take anytime at all to start steaming and it also comes with a nice little pack of tools to use on your face after you get done steaming it. Also makes a nice hot towel to put on your face or around the back of your neck if your wife happens to be a barber like mine to give you a old fashioned neck shave!!

I used this first then i shave, I usually get real bad stubble on my neck and some reason the under side of my neck line comes out smooth. Or i just need better blades may need to move on from Harry’s
