This one is not user-friendly. The maker overly complicates the design. When use and functionality are not straightforward, the customer needs instructions. Unfortunately, the instructions are unclear, ambiguous, and leave room for more questions than before we began. It asks for a towel but doesn't say what size or if we even have an option without a towel.
