I spent 30 minutes staring at the ward, listening to the sound, and scared to death of being shocked. Taking a deep breath, I touched the wand first before using it on my face. It didn't shock me at all. I did see my face brighter and firmer right after the first time. I'm not sure how long the result last since I just used it once (yesterday). But I love the device and absolutely keep it. I have several facial devices, such as microcurrent and sonic vibration, but none is comparable to this wand

Bought this as a gift for my spouse. Came with a few broken attachments so had to wait for a whole new kit to get shipped. Otherwise the product seems to work great and was told the results are quick
