Needs a base AND a table due to the large size. It has lasted quite a while for me but that's because I always keep a close eye on it. It doesn't seem like it could tolerate very much of a breeze. I purchased it on sale so it's okay for what I paid. If you want an umbrella that you don't have to coddle then spend more money and get a sturdier one. Also the crank started to have sort of a catch shortly after I got it.

Definitely easy to use and it does it's job. A little bit on the heavy side but very sturdy umbrella.

Great patio umbrella, who would have thought Best Buy would sell patio stuff, I am happy they do. Delivered in perfect condition, am enjoying being out protected from the sun. Terrific value and price but of course Best Buy always has good prices and excellent Customer Service this is what I value. I really like this umbrella. Easy to put up and down. Great size. Beautiful color!

Best for the buck. I have bought three in total. The first one has lasted so far three years, always up and in the elements. Started of red but the sun has faded it dramatically to a dark brown gray, but the material hasn't been challenged yet. Still in complete shape and because of that I decided to finally replace the the ones I had and get two new blue ones.

I am enjoying this new umbrella, it looks good at our patio bar and the tilt is a feature we used already while having a few friends over. Good backyard living is what we like to do! Price was pretty good to got it on sale of the day

I'd give this a 5 if it hadn't faded so quickly. It's easy to use and looks nice. It's heavy, though, and not even a sturdy base will hold it up in a smaller table. You need a full-size patio table.

Luv this product ! It serves the purpose and easy to use. I think it’s strong enough to hold strong winds since I proved it when we had the big storm and left it outside.

What a beautiful addition to our patio and deck area. This umbrella has a metal pole with a crank that makes it easy to rise and lower umbrella. We can even tilt it to keep the sun off our guests.

Very good build quality. It's a plastic base and not wood but it is sturdy enough. The crank makes it much easier to operate.

Great size, nice fabric the description is spot on. This umbrella is big but not overpowering. Just right for our table.

I wish the crank was a little lower, it's hard to access when the umbrella is down.
