Got this to replace a previous humidifier. I've owned cold and hot models. This unit is whisper quiet. I mean whisper quiet. It does a great job especially in small to medium sized rooms. The silver in the tank greatly reduces the bacterial slime I've had in other units over the years. I'm extremely happy with this unit. The only con is that if you put this on high and put it directly on the floor or on a table it will create a misty covering of water on the surface immediately next to it. I put it in a tray with a towel and that helps.

I needed to replace a broken bedroom humidifier, fast. The PureGuardian seemed like the best choice of the available options. It has a decent tank size that lasts me for two days between refills. It is quiet, and I like the fact that it both shows the relative humidity and allows you to control it by setting a desired relative humidity. I haven't run across any negatives yet.

Great humidifier, lots of settings. 3 levels of mist and includes a humidistat for setting a max level of humidity. Once that level of humidity is reached the machine stops until the level drops enough and then starts up again. Includes a very nice soft blue night light that lights up the water tank. this can be switched off. My only complaint is that the tank is a little awkward to put on the base when it is full.

I am very happy with this cool mist humidifier. It gives you three mist control settings. I usually have it on high before I go to bed and then turn it to medium when I go to sleep. My nose is not so dry when I get up in the morning and the incidents of a bloody nose have also stopped. I highly recommend this humidifier. It also comes with a night light but I find that it is too bright so I just turn it off.

The unit is quiet and so easy to use. I like the different vapor speeds and the night light can be turned off if needed. Easy to fill and it lets you know what the humidity in the room is so you can increase or decrease that amount.

Very quite and does the job. It has cold mist only. The humidity sensor is very helpful to get a good control.

I've never had a humidifier other than an old Vicks that sputtered water so was very pleased at the fine mist that comes from the newer ones. I don't like having to turn it over to refill - would prefer a cap on the top as the old Vicks had. It has 3 different settings according to how much mist you want and I use the low - on this it will last 2-3 nights. A handle on the actual water reservoir would have been nice but I take water to it and fill rather than carry to a sink. I like that it has the Silver Clean to protect against mold and mildew. It has a night light that you can turn off but the electronics on it are bright for me although probably wouldn't bother most. I put a towel there to block it. Overall very pleased.

This is a great value, the automatic settings work well, 3 settings for the amount of vapor it produces. and a selection where it stays on all the time - until it runs out of water. depending on how dry your environment is will determine how many times you need to fill it per day. this is very quiet, it sits next to the bed and runs all night, you will hear a funny little gurgle but honestly the grand baby sleeps through the sound of that.

Cheaper humidifier's don't seem to last long even when you take care of them so I went for this one after reading the reviews. Pretty spot on. This unit is super quiet, built well and puts out a good amount of cool mist. I like that it has a gauge built in so you can tell what the humidity is in your room (although I am not sure how accurate it is as sometimes the mist sinks right in front of the reading). All and all I am glad i purchased. My only gripe would be is that you can't shut off the light when in auto mode so sometimes it wakes me up (unless I haven't figured it out yet). This product is def worth a look.

The air is super dry here after the fires and this thing has been a life saver—more specifically a nose and throat saver. It has numerous settings, the best is the high setting—just stand over it and breathe in its cool misty goodness. Absolutely recommended, though my only regret is not getting the 2 gallon.

The humidifier does an excellent job at keeping the humidity in the room that its set. I bought this to aid with my frequent nose bleeds this year due to the severe dry, cold weather. This has made all of the difference in the world. I should have bought 2, one for my bedroom and one for my living room. Its strong enough to help out with both, but I moved it from room to room for the first few days, now its working non-stop, but its strong enough to keep my nose bleeds at bay. I will probably buy another one. The light on the inside is a very nice touch.

We had recently moved from SE Texas and it was very dry comparitively. We needed a humidifier and my wife compared all that were at BB and this one was the best one available.

The humidifier has worked well and is providing the service for which it was designed excellently. My wife had experienced some difficulty with the dry air at our location. This device has solved that and has assisted greatly in providing adequate humidity to ensure very restful nights

This humidifier is quiet and works very well if you have problems with sinuses. We had no problems with feeling dried out and we felt we slept better the nights we used it. Only one concern, when setting up the humidifier, you must make sure it's not close to anything that's wood or anything with material. It does leave a bit of mist around it. We placed it on a glass platter and had no problems. We recommended this product to two couples and they both purchased one and agreed that it works great!

Easy to set up & use. Tank is easy to fill & doesn't leak.

Only complaint I guess is when on auto at 40% humidity it eats through a tank of water in less than a day.

I need a humidifier for my bedroom during the winter. This was the 3rd different brand I tried and it is a winner. You control the level of humidity and the unit quits when that level is reached. Very quiet and has built in night light that can be turned off.

We use this when our granddaughter is with us. It is a great way to keep her happy for sleep overs and naps. At 9 months, she loves to watch the mist too. An unexpected bonus. My only complaint is the full water canister is difficult to place back on the device.

We love this humidifier due to its size and ease of use. It's so quiet we forget it's even in the bedroom. The mist is so fine it's like air blowing out of it. We love that it shows the moisture percentage on the front as well. At the end of the day, just a great product.
