Good light duty professional amp
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good classic analog class AB amp, especially at the sale price. Power is rated peak (2x rms), I measured actual power about 200 W rms per channel at 8 ohms, it's rated at 350 W rms per channel 4 ohms, and 700 W rms at 8 ohm bridged - sufficient to fry most speakers. LED output indicators are nice, at 8 ohms the indication is about 50W@0, 100W@+3, and 200W@+6. Nice internal construction with quality boards, heat sink, and torridal transformer. My only negative comment is that the chassis is a bit flimsy for the large transformer so don't drop it. Note that the instructions recommend using rear support when rack mounting.
