Great investment for VR

I wish the pass through image was a little clearer (tends to be a little grainy) but overall its a great investment for VR.

I was hesitant when I purchased it because I thought it wasn’t for adults but there are so many great programs! I use it for exercise every morning, travel to places I’ll probably never visit, and just enjoying some of the relaxing and stimulating programs I downloaded! One thing though… buy a more comfortable head strap…

Motivation to get moving

She pretty much uses it every day. She wanted it because she saw beat saber and thought this would motivate her to be more active

Recommend getting the weighted strap along with it, as that balances it so much better and nearly eliminates tension headaches from the quest being front heavy. Cheers44

Not perfect, but setting the standard for now

The FOV, the smoothness of the frame rates, the clarify in the lenses, all make for a much better experience. When the Q2 moved a bit on your head, you had to adjust it to get back to the sweet spot. I don't have that issue with the Q2, it's still a clear view and much more forgiving. I also don't find the head strap uncomfortable, and I am typically sensitive to things like that. It would be five stars but for a few issues- currently, the battery life isn't great. I resented to having to pay 1/3 more for the larger storage, it was an obvious cash grab, but I ended up just going all in, as it's something I am planning to use for the next 3-4 years. It was also lame how few new games made for the Q3 that were available at launch, but that's hopefully changing soon. All in all, I am very happy with it the Quest and it's ease of use- I think it's going to be a rough road for any head sets trying to steal market share over the next 2-3 years.

Great upgrade

My only complaint is the head strap is not very good and battery life is not ideal. I can only get about an hour on a charge.

One of my only complaints and it's a big one, is the poor battery life. Not even 2 hours on a fully charged brand new headset. Thats crazy!!! How about an inexpensive battery pack adapter. Oh and its extremely hot on the face

Best stand alone vr headset
