The Quest 3 is a huge step forward in both performance and comfort. The graphics are noticeably sharper, the mixed reality features are surprisingly smooth, and the new pancake lenses make everything look clearer with less distortion. Setup is simple, and the standalone experience is powerful enough that I rarely need to connect to a PC. The controllers feel precise and responsive, and battery life is solid for daily use. With 512GB storage, I never worry about running out of space for games and apps. Definitely the best all-in-one VR headset on the market right now!

Definitely bump up from the Quest 2! I recommend the 512GB version over the 128GB version. Or maybe just wait for the supposed upcoming Quest3 Lite (or cheaper model), and get a 256GB version of that. Be warned that the quest 3 burns through battery life noticeably quicker than Quest 2. About 1hr 30min, maybe 1hr 45min. I wear a sports belt back that holds phones when running (ahem - a 'fanny back'? lol) - and I have a $20 external lithium battery in there, with cable going up my shirt to the headset. That gets me another 1.5hrs of playtime!

This is a must buy item if you are looking to have fun! I recently bought the Quest 3 as an upgrade from my Quest 2 and I don't regret it. The upgrade in the passthrough, processing power, lenses, and the overall headset itself is amazing. The headset is super lightweight and is perfect for long play sessions without discomfort. The lenses are very clear and the games run awesome compared to the Quest 2. The lenses even have a custom IPD adjustment to find the right fot for your eyes! The controllers feel amazing aswell since they fot your hands perfectly and they are very light like the headset. If you are buying this as a gift for someone or even yourself, I totally recommend it!!

Was on the fence on whether or not VR was worth it yet. I'll always have a VR headset going forward. I use it primarily for exercise and they have a lot of great games built around that. There's also plenty of content you can do just for fun. The integration with Steam is pretty seamless as long as you have a decent computer with an ethernet connection. I also recommend getting a long charging cord as it helps with PCVR gaming, I got a 16 foot one. Watching movies/shows is also an elevated experience in VR as it tricks your brain into feeling like you're watching on a movie theatre screen. Highly recommend

Got this as an upgrade for my son as he had the Quest 2. He says the improvements are incredible. From the clarity, the field of vision, smooth movements, and even the comfort, it's all there. He absolutely loves it.

I have long been a 3d and such tech aficionado and had the nvidia 3d vision way back in 1999 and then nvidia 3d vision in 2007 ish and bought PS VR in 2016 ish. nvidia 3d vision on a 3d projector was just insane. Playing older Steam games like Rainbow Six in 3d just made the gaming incredible on a 120" wall projected screen. I wanted to get into VR as well early but I got busy and also PS VR gave me a headache from the weight and moving the head around like a maniac will do that. So I avoided it after that even though it was great. Finally bought the Meta Quest 3 and it is incredible. It is obviously 3d and you get amazing depth perception and you feel like you're there like those old arcade games like Tank where you're standing and your head goes into that bowl and you look and move around standing there and shoot. However this is 100x better. Google Earth is just incredible and the best. Especially if you want to take a tour or visit your home or other places. Youtube VR is insane. Regular Youtube is also amazing. Obviously you can use it for those cheeky NSFW videos as well. The mixed reality with passthrough is just incredible you don't bump into things and you integrate the game into your room itself. That is something. We're truly nearing pinnacle of human civilization. Overall, Meta Quest 3 at $500 is the best buy. I would rate this a 9.5/10. The battery discharges super quick so I have a cable that allows charging while plugged into my gaming laptop from 2020 (nvidia gtx 2070m which does incredibly well).

I got this for my 16 yr old son for Christmas and he so loves the 3, no issues, easy online ordering with curbside pickup. He was so shocked and amazed when he opened his gift. He has already ordered accessories for it.

I bought this with high expectations. I already own a set of VR glasses that are pretty impressive, but they are not as immersive as VR goggles. After doing lots of research and reading, I splurged and bought the 512GB version. I plugged it in to charge the battery and finished reading the manual. After setting it up, which is a long process of creating accounts and configuring it for first use, and learning the controls. This process took around 45 minutes at which time the battery was almost dead when done. Back to the charger it went. After charging it again, I immediately went to the App Store and went on the search for a Live TV app. One of the key reasons for purchasing this was for live TV. I mean, you find it right on Meta's website, it says "Live TV". Well forget it. No live TV. I installed a couple other apps for video content, VR and others. I have a PLEX server and wanted to use it. No PLEX App either. I had to purchase a 3rd party app to access my PLEX server. This app left a little to be desired. I did eventually get it to connect, and after watching about 35 minutes of video, I need to recharge it again. I will try more tomorrow I thought. After recharging yet again, I decided to go at it again before going to bed. Disappointment ofter disappointment. I plugged it into the charger and went to bed. In the morning, I tried out some impressive deep immersive apps that show off the Meta's capabilities. I even tried out some games. Very impressive graphics and performance. But I need to charge it again after an hour. Also, the Meta is very heavy. My cheek bones were in pain and I was getting a headache. I noticed that an hour max was my limit before having to take it off due to discomfort. All in all, the Meta is I guess cool. The website is misleading in all of its capabilities. No it can't do live TV. Apps I am used to are missing, lots of the apps are low quality, it is very heavy and the battery life is insanely short. I guess the battery life is not so bad since I can't wear it more than 60 minutes. Needless to say I took it back. For that much money, it was just not worth it to me. 3 stars from me.

Its a very fun system to the point u lose track of time when playong and also great for watching shows, movies, class work, and great to play with others in the meta horizon world

It has pretty decent graphics, and is pretty comft around the head. It is mostly a really good console. The hand tracking turning on every once in a while but it is manageable

We recently purchased the Meta Quest 3 for our son’s 10th birthday, and it has been a huge hit! He absolutely loves it and uses it every chance he gets. He previously used an older model, and he immediately noticed how much better this one is. The virtual experience is smoother, more immersive, and the graphics are a big upgrade. The setup was straightforward, and the controls are easy for him to understand. It’s amazing to see how engaged and excited he is while using it. Overall, this was a fantastic purchase, and we’re very happy with the Meta Quest 3. Highly recommend for kids (and parents!) looking for an upgraded VR experience.

I bought this thinking it would be a toy but I've used it for fitness, entertainment, 360 degree videos and relaxation apps. The optics are really good as well. I tried a 3s and a Meta 3, I'd recommend the 3, it was well worth the money. Only downside was the headstrap, it's not comfortable. Get an upgraded strap with a battery.

Batman: Arkham Shadow on Meta Quest 3 blew me away visually. The combat, the gliding, the stealth—it really makes you feel like Batman. This is hands down one of the best uses of VR I’ve seen yet. The environments are gritty and immersive, and it pulls you right into Gotham. But be warned: you can die fast if you’re not quick with your counters or don’t use your gadgets right. The game doesn’t hold your hand. That said, once you get the rhythm, it’s insanely satisfying and physical. You’ll break a sweat. Loved the VR immersion. Just wish the difficulty curve was a little smoother early on. Still absolutely worth it if you want a real Batman experience in virtual reality.

It's been excellent and super fun! We use it for ask sorts of things besides just games, we also make art with it as well as some remodeling.

My kids really do love the VR, they like playing on the VR more than they might plan on their PS five slim and there’s so many different things they can do on their that they do like not just playing video games watching stuff and doing another live things with their friends it’s a really fun educational just as well as playing on it it’s a lot of fun to my kids and I do appreciate that they came out with video hands on and it helps with them exercise just as well thank you so much.

My son really likes it. It seems to work very well and the young lady that helped us with it at the counter was phenomenal. Very nice. Very polite knew her job very well and had us in and out in less than 10 minutes.

My first take on vr and it did not disappoint. It's very surreal and disorientating but very fun. It takes some time getting used to but i look forward to playing more games
