The only annoying thing is the battery duration but I'm noticing the difference because I had the Oculus Rift S before.

Best Buy's Value was truly the best

The best value was to buy this for my wife at Best Buy. The Staff was helpful, and they respected that we did our homework first. We were educated shoppers! We purchased what we needed easily.

I have some vision impairment so wondered if I would appreciate the equipment. It has exceeded my expectations. The clarity and. Immersive quality is truly amazing. I had looked at previously.I am glad I waited for the newer unit. I have purchased the head-strap battery.

Great Upgrade But Not For PCVR Purposes

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.So, unless you strictly use the meta quest 3 solo and pcvr, then it’s great upgrade from the 2. For those who mostly do pcvr and already have a 2, don’t bother as I don’t see much of a difference when playing games like HL and Skyrim. Other than that, the mixed reality is pretty neat, but wasn’t a deal breaker for me. The controllers, although no handle, still the same IMO. Like I said previously, where 3 outshines the 2 is when playing non pcvr games. Playing games MoH, I can tell a difference in performance.

My son absolutely loves it and I’ve even started using it for working out and watching movies. It’s only a matter of time before I start using it for sports watching. I can’t wait to see all of the things that this is capable of.
