Incredible upgrade – the Quest 3 blew me away!

The clarity is a huge step up from my older headset — everything looks sharper and more vibrant. The passthrough is surprisingly good too, making mixed reality games actually fun instead of just a gimmick. It’s also noticeably lighter, so I can play longer without neck strain. The setup was quick, and the controllers feel super responsive. Whether it’s working out, exploring VR worlds, or just chilling with immersive videos, the Quest 3 delivers. Highly recommend it for anyone wanting the best standalone VR experience right now!

Great purchase

The meta quest 3s gives you a ton of different gaming options, the ability to be productive with certain applications and and overall great experience when streaming movies/shows/sports events! Overall, I am very happy with the meta quest and would 10/10 recommend to anyone who is interested in purchasing. The only con I would give it is the battery life, however, there are cheap extra battery alternatives online to help improve the gaming experience.

But I’m glad I made the purchase. The only thing that could be better is the battery life, if you plan on playing this for hours make sure you purchase a battery pack power bank.

I bought it mainly for streaming movies and sports. The image quality is amazing(1080p) and you can size the screen to as big as you want. They also have theater mode which allows you to curve the screen. You can have multiple app or browser windows running at once which is pretty cool. I use the MLB, YouTube and Amazon Prime apps. For everything else i log in via their web browser. The only downsides for me is the older lens which sometimes appear cloudy and show rings and thr battery life.

We do appreciate your feedback regarding some cloudiness in the lenses and the battery life and we would recommend that if you haven't already you may want to use a dry microfiber cloth to gently wipe the lenses from the center outwards to see if this reduces the cloudiness for you.
As for the battery we would advise that if your battery is not lasting for at least two hours to get in touch with our wonderful support team through our website who can look into any power issues you may be experiencing.
Overall we hope that you continue to have an amazing time as you explore all of the endless wonders the Metaverse has to offer!
New to VR

My only complaint is that I wish the battery life were better. Since it's still new to me, I sometimes feel a bit nauseous during certain movements—like flying or jumping off something—but that's probably just an adjustment period. Other than that, it's a really cool experience!

The Quest 3S offers an average 2.5 hours in the Metaverse but we know that many users want to remain in the Metaverse for much longer, so we've made a product to accommodate that! If the 2.5 hours isn't doing the trick for you, you can pick up our Elite Strap with Battery from our store for extra play time.
You're also very right in saying VR does has a bit of a learning curve and can be a bit disorientating for some time so we'd recommend starting off with less demanding apps/games to get you on your feet and also try a take a few breaks in between until the nauseating phase wears off!

But if you have the money i would recommend getting the quest 3 because of the pancake lenses, the current lenses on the quest 3s can make it seem blurry if you dont position it right in the center.

Great Beginner Headset, a Few Shortcomings

The battery life is not very long, I played like 4 songs on Beat Saber and lost about 25% of my battery charge. I like that the controllers have standard joysticks and buttons, but the controllers don’t have much weight to them. Otherwise, as an introductory headset into VR, I’d highly recommend. Being able to use it practically anywhere and being able to toggle seeing your surroundings with the Action button is a great feature.

Great VR headset

The passthrough augmented reality is a bit strange at first but is a great addition, especially with the full color range. My only complaint is the original strap, it cause the headset to press against your head and can cause same bad headaches.
