This case is great, but has its issues. The hardness of the case gives a decent amount of comfort for protecting the header, charger, and handles. Unfortunately, the handle holders feel very unprotected as the handles stick up from the holders pretty far. They also block quick access to the charger and cable. I wish the zipper pouch was located in a different spot and the handles fit further down into the case itself.

The Meta goggles, charger, cable, and hand tools fit neatly in this case. It is a little expensive for a silly case, but whatever. The Review should focus on the staff and their knowledge, or lack thereof, at the Bridgewater store. I stood in one spot near the electric bicycles for nearly 20 minutes. Made eye contact with several "team members," including two I believe were managers. I was interested in purchasing one of the electric bikes that had been marked down. I finally flagged down one fella (who I thought was a manager) who had bypassed me twice to help a lady behind me and inquired about the bike. I asked if it was a floor model. He said, "No, it wasn't. It was New in The Box." I said I would take one. He disappeared, and another associate was tasked with helping. She had no knowledge of electric bikes but was as helpful as she could be. She searched the computer to see if she could order one. No good. One could not be ordered, and they were out of stock. Hmmmm. But the manager just said... Does anyone know what is going on around here? I would sell my Stock in Best Buy at this point. I would also suggest using any gift cards you have before they go under. It is really too bad. Nobody had any interest in helping me except for the one young lady whom I noticed was quite busy (the only one I could see) on the floor, going out of her way to help paying customers.
