Posted .Hey there, Ahmed! We want to make sure you're getting the most out of extended your gaming sessions, so we popped in to share some tips on charging your Elite Strap with battery! To charge the Elite Strap with battery to 100%, it must be connected to the headset while not in use. The headset needs to be connected to a Universal Power Adapter, such as the one provided in the Quest 3 box. We recommend the following steps to try:
•Check the General Charging Issues to make sure that the problem is not caused by improper charging methods.
•Remove any unsupported third-party accessories that may affect battery charging or consume power (such as external battery packs, external fans, etc.).
•Unplug and re-plug the Elite Strap from headset. •Make sure the headset is powered ON.
•Press the button once on the Elite Strap and check LED color. Green will represent 100% battery levels.

Bestbuy refuses to exchange it because it was "recalled" and Meta just keeps stalling me on warranty service - no resolution so far going on 3 months. Now I'm stuck with an expensive paperweight.
