    Pretty good, but no way to go from online to desktop without a huge hassle. Might just have to input everything again. Totally worth it. The online subscription is a rip-off. Just a way to get people to spend more money, but soften the blow over time...seems to be a trend. No dummy here (anymore). Haven’t gotten into the program that much, but it seems that it’ll be pretty simple to use. I was able to just about everything, except transfer stuff easily. I will find a hack, hopefully......

    Wanted Desktop version instead of Cloud

    We use Mac and Quickbooks went to cloud service. We didn't want to pay the monthly fee so stayed with the desktop version. Works as expected and no problems running on our MacBook Pro

    We've used QB for about 18 years or so now and have been very happy with it. Once you get used to their setup, each new version is basically the same with maybe a few new features, but there’s no major learning curves.

    Overall, the application is good but can be glitchy at times (or even just suddenly freeze, which is annoying). I feel like when QB releases updates, its Mac version is on the bottom of the list since there a few glitches I've come across and they still haven't been fixed.

    It is such a great idea to be able to buy tax programs at Best Buy. Support was phenomenal. I highly recommend this to even first time users.

    We utilize QB per our accountant's recommendation for business. It is not as effective for personal finances and many banks do not support QB downloading.
